Whataburger - Restaurant in Monroe - 2411 Louisville Ave, USA

The lady taking my order was awesome. But they were out of napkins, Dr pepper, coke, and small burger patties. I asked for spicy ketchup and nobody ever came back. I had to go up to the register and ask again. Trash on the floor. Bathrooms are locked by a code. Not s great experience.

The staff here has always been nice and respectful, BUT the drive thru always takes minimum 20 minutes. So, I placed an online order to pick up quicker and I still had to stand there for 15 minutes because they were "waiting on fresh fries" which is what they always say. But, it doesn't take 20 minutes to make fries. They are just slow. AND THE FRIES WERE OLD AND COLD!!! Last time eating here. Go anywhere else but here.

The food here is truly great, and the people are pretty nice usually. However, as many other people also point out, the wait time in the drive-thru lines at night is truly ridiculous. I've sat here upwards of 30 minutes sometimes. Once, all three lanes were filled with people in a complete standstill, which was shocking. Regardless, their honey butter chicken biscuit is obviously worth any wait, and I'm definitely gonna keep coming back to feed my cravings.

10-14-18 dinner time. So I’ve never tried this place, let’s stop. The ladies at this restaurant were super nice, sociable and helpful. I let the cashier pick my meal. I didn’t care for what I got but it wasn’t bad just not me. The restaurant was very clean, even the parking lot. I was impressed with my overall experience at this location. I would return to WhatABuger. Good job management.

Waited for an hour and a half.. absolutely ridiculous… then to finally get my order and they decide to give only ONE ketchup for two large meals… super disappointed Don’t go at night you’ll spend a quarter tank of gas in your car and have ultimate depression trying to battle for ketchup with your partner! :(

We came to get a burger, and a burger is what we got!! It was so delicious that I drove to come back another day for another one! Unfortunately on that second trip, the burger wasn't hitting like the time before.. 😕 Also the first visit had a little too much salt on the fries...but the burger 🍔 made everything OK the first time 🙌🏾. I need to know who was on burgers that day 🧐

Restaurant is a joke. They need new management. I waited 30 minutes for my food and after waiting that long was told they didn't have fries or onion rings. I will never give them my business again..

Much more emphasis and training needs to placed on taking care of counter orders. Plenty of employees but no teamwork when it came to helping the line cashier with the long line.
