Original ~2019 review: I've never had anything but good experiences with this place! They've repaired a broken laptop for me and attempted to fix a bootlooping LG G3 (unfortunately, there was no fix for that at the time) even while I was unable to physically talk to someone on the phone (there was a lot of email communication). I'll always think of them first before anywhere else when I have tech issues!
I highly recommend What the Tech for computer repairs! I work remotely and my Dell laptop locked up and rebooting did not help. I was on my way to purchase a new laptop but stopped at What the Tech first to see if they could help. I was told that they could fix it and sure enough, later that afternoon I picked it up and it has been working fine ever since! It was definitely worth the $79 that I paid! Thanks Joe!!!

I recommended this place to my mother in law for her computer because her computer wasn’t acting right. Ironically, the next day my computer crashed and inevitably got the Black Screen of Death and I ended up needing a new hard drive. Joe replaced our hard drives for reasonable prices and have them ready sooner that I thought it would be.
Joe did a great job fixing my laptop. Quick turn around, fair priced & he has a nice, clean shop. I highly recommend them for all your repair needs.
Met with Joe to get my monitor evaluated for an insurance claim. He was very understanding and professional. Had the monitor to me back the next day. Great turn around times. Would recommend.

I had a terrible experience with Joe and What the Tech.
My wife's computer was having suspected issues with the power supply. I built the computer, so before sending the power supply back to the manufacturer, I first wanted What the Tech to examine it, to ensure it was the power supply and not something else.
Instead of just checking the power supply, Joe replaced it entirely and charged nearly $100. I explained that there must have been a miscommunication, as the power supply that was having issues was under a 5 year warranty, and that we only wanted to make sure it wasn't functioning correctly, not buy a new one.
Joe decided to throw a hissy fit because, "when customers say their computers are broken, we assume they want them fixed." When I asked him if that's what we asked for, he quickly started making excuses. Joe assumed incorrectly, and he was mad at me for that poor assumption.
The only positive about the situation, is that he didn't charge me for the mistake. I'm hoping this is because he eventually realized he was in the wrong. Absolutely awful customer service. I can assure you I will never be returning, nor will anyone I know.

Came here to get a bowl for breakfast. The Powerhouse bowl was everything I needed. I added chia seeds (helps me feel fuller longer) and bee pollen (hoping it helps with all the sneezing I've been doing the past few days). It was absolutely delicious
