Michael helped out my parents when we were in a bind very quickly, and professionally. Their work computer crashed and wouldn’t turn on anymore. He quickly diagnosed the issue as being the motherboard and was able to recover our files and put them on a new computer in less than 24 hours. He does great work and is very helpful.

Mike came to my rescue. Twice! As a new wireless Internet and television subscriber, he set up a very complex, wireless theater and computer system. All went well for a month. Unexpectedly, my Internet stopped to my desktop, but worked on my laptop. I called Mike, and he talked me through a solution, over the phone in about ten minutes.
