Horrible management! Believe the poor reviews. The 2 latest good reviews are by close friends of the manager. This place has spiraled quickly over the past 5 years due to poor management. Poor communication skills, poor customer service skills, gives priority to her friends (which are few). The manager should manage and not be trying to make friends with residents. GOlf ourse is dead. All of the palm trees are not half dead and brown. Fugly.

Had breakfast, was very disappointed. I had the avocado toast, barely any avocado, toast was very hard to cut through, the tomato was not ripe. Husband had the biscuits and gravy, he said it was not good either. Will go back and try lunch, hopefully better.

Great restaurant, great chef, very good service. Friendly servers that are happy to help you with food selections. We had a fantastic fish and chips dinner. Daily specials. Full bar with cocktails and good selection of beers.

I am an annual visitor to Westwind since 2010, and this park is going downhill fast. The "manager" has zero skills. The place is being overrun with cats. The park appears to value day visitors who come for golf and dining, but has zero value for monthly or annual residents. I would choose anywhere else in Yuma, but not this park.

This is a nice park, we visited in May 2023 most everyone has left for the hot season. We were mostly alone in the Rv rental section. The spaces are gravel and very few trees. NO GRASS! (we are in the desert) The full time residents were nice and friendly. We rode our bikes to the pool and on-site restaurant. The restaurant was great! The food was amazing and the servers were so nice. The pool was perfect and since there were very few people left for the season we had the pool to ourselves. The facilities were well kept and clean. I am sure this place is very busy during the winter months. My only negative was the laundry services- they are on the card system. You have to buy a card for $5.00 then load it with increments of $10.00. The machine prices were higher than we were used to. Overall this was a great place to come and we would come back.

This is a beautiful 55+ park, intermingled with park models and RV's. It has a pool, hot tub, 4 pickle ball courts, and many other amenities. The people that live there are friendly and welcoming, The activity staff are first rate, as well as all the restaurant, office, maintenance and housekeeping staff. The only complaint we had was the manager who seems to take issue with anyone who crosses her path. If she doesn't like you, for whatever reason, she will have no contact with you. You are banned from the park newsletter, which is where you would get maintenance and emergency reports. You do not get updates regarding price changes, park rule changes, etc. It is a shame to be so petty, and someone will, at some point sue if they are hurt or their property is damaged due to her negligence. I hope they can correct the communication problem before that happens. Otherwise, this is a very nice park, with an older infrastructure. There were some severe electrical issues, hopefully that is also being addressed. The restaurant is first rate. Be sure to try it!
