Had a blast at this place. Loved the historic nature of the buildings. Only complaint is the playground quality isn’t the best. It was very muddy days after a rain. We had a nice picnic. There were ample tables in the pavilion. Looking forward to coming here many more times.
Nice and interesting park. Some equipment for.kids and nice walking trail. Beautiful old mansion house on the property.
Beautiful mansion situated in a park setting with hiking/biking paths. There is a children's play area, pond and many benches along with a covered eating area.
Trails through the woods, around a pond, along small creeks. Some are woodchipped. Some muddy areas. Very peaceful and beautiful. About 1.2 miles if you do all of the non-paved trails. Also a paved/gravel walking path. Connects to the Creek Trail but we couldn't find how. Playground, portable toilets.
Really enjoy coming here weekly because it is so well kept! Nice little trail loops- nothing too challenging, covered picnic tables, and porta potty’s are all good features. My favorite thing to do when i’m here tho is to walk through and look at all the little community gardens!
This park is notable for having a historic mansion and related structures on its grounds, which are really cool to see. Nice trees on the grounds also. There is a playground with a Porta pottie, long walking trails, and athletic fields which are removed from the mansion and playground parts of the park and have their own closer parking lot. Parts of the trail here go into the woods and it's a more rustic experience than other parks. Just be warned that the trail is not paved in a number of places and is not well marked, so at times you might wonder if you're on someone's private home property or you might have to cut across lawn to pick up the trail. If you want to walk here, wear good shoes, don't bring wheeled anything and be prepared for gravel/ mud/ grass in some segments of the trail.
First time at this Park and I like it!! The Magnolia tree blooming and the water house tower is beautiful!!
Adventure Lab (Geocaching) Never been to this park or know any of this history was back here. Bonus also has trails. Nothing to crazy as RED TRAIL they use wood chips to coat trail to help with water from rain not causing serious uneven terrain. I enjoyed that kind of trail. I assume the other trails have that support as well thought I only walked like 1000ft of RED Trail. More time I'll come back to sit on bench and observe wildlife by the pond

This park is nice and quiet. Great walk, love the pine trees and I like the benches along the walking trail. Lovely in the Fall and there is a Wawa nearby. There are 2 children play areas one for toddlers.
The only thing missing from this park is handicap playground access and equipment. This park connects by a trail to Copeland Park (where there is softball field and soccer fields and a basketball court). This park has two baseball fields, a soccer fi
April 2022 Beautiful, peaceful little trail along the Brandywine Creek, perfect for a short walk or some summer activity in the water. Just a nice place to relax for a couple hours and soak up nature.
