Westport Bed & Breakfast - Bed & breakfast in Manitowoc - 635 N 8th St, USA

My husband surprised me for our 36th anniversary! What a wonderful surprise to walk into our room and see gorgeous roses, a box of chocolates and my favorite wine! Does it get any better? The room was fabulous with a large jacuzzi, big and comfortable bed and a nice outdoor seating area. Everything was perfect! And the next morning we were treated to the most amazing and delicious breakfast! Host Paul was a wonderful man who made sure our every need was met. Loved our stay at Westport!

What a wonderful treasure, felt like I was in a Hallmark movie! We arrived late in the evening, but one of the hosts graciously stayed up & greeted us. The entire house is charming & filled with cute details. Our room was spacious & had beautiful accents, the bed was so comfortable, & we were given wine & snacks! Fluffy robes were very cozy. Bathroom & shower were great too. The breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious. Overall there were just so many little thoughtful little details that made our stay special & memorable. We're disappointed we only stayed 1 night, will definitely be back & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or place to stay in the area!

We arrived at the WestPort and were greeted by Paul. He made us feel at home as he explained points of interest in the community and the area. Our room was spacious and had the most number of snacks and beverages we have seen to date in a B&B. Breakfast was very delicious and the setting was just right for chatting with the other guests. The B&B was was clean and well maintained.|As you travel to Manitowoc or to points further west the WestPort is the place to relax and enjoy the area. We were able to walk to the downtown area in 10 minutes.

What a great experience! Paul was super accommodating. We arrived later than normal check in times (with notice) and were welcomed with hospitality! The room and house were exactly as advertised and expected. Room stocked with extras. Snacks, beverages, candy! The breakfasts were the highlight! They really pulled out all the stops for 2 of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. I would recommend Westport to everyone. Better hurry though. Jason

WestPort is beautifully decorated in a Victorian-style. Every surface is covered with a lace doily with an interesting item (vase, sculpture, etc) in it. everything in excellent condition. room refrigerator stocked with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast is excellent, but be aware that it is served at 8:30 or 9:30. The innkeeper Paul is helpful with local activities.

It is a great getaway destination! We came from Chicago suburbs and spent 2 nights there. The rooms are gorgeous, and breakfast is delicious. Paul and his wife were extremely helpful. Manitowoc is such a neat town and has a magnificent 6-mile trail along lake Michigan, an art museum, a maritime museum, an ice cream place, and nice restaurants.

The Westport is a beautiful, quiet bed and breakfast. If you are looking for comfort away from home, this is the place. From delicious breakfast to hot tubs and comfortable beds, you will feel right at home. The hosts are accommodating and friendly.

In a nutshell, attention to detail. This is a really extraordinary B&B, unlike any we've ever stayed at before. Beautiful, well furnished, and the hosts are attentive without being overbearing. Conveniently located, very nice garden. Had problems with the WiFi, but I have no doubt they will get that issue resolved soon.
