Westgate Park City Resort & Spa - Hotel in Park City - 3000 Canyons Resort Dr, USA

Rooms could use a little updating but overall very nice. Beds were great! Service & staff were great, very pleasant and helpful. We loved the location away from downtown Park City and a lot of amenities and other things to do around your location. Great Vacation!

Decided to stay at the West Gate in Park City because we were attending a concert at the slopes. I have to say I am VERY disappointed in the experience. We checked in, everything seemed fine. Room was a little small, and outdated, but it was adequate. 2 hours after we checked in we were called and told we needed to move rooms, they checked us into the WRONG room. We were actually at dinner and had just ordered when they called. So we cancelled our order and went back to our room to pack. We were told we would be upgraded due to the inconvenience. We got checked into our "new" room and not only were we NOT upgraded, our new room had no closet for our clothes. We decided to try and just enjoy the Labor Day weekend and not let it bother us. The next morning we called for housekeeping to clean our room, we were told they would. We left for the day to enjoy some activities in Park City. We got back to our room at 2:30 to find it just the way we left it. I called and asked if we could at least get a towel refresh, and again they never showed up. The best part of our stay was the Valet service. HORRIBLE customer service, we definatly will NOT be staying here again. There are to many hotels in Park City that actually care about their guests to stay at the West Gate and be ignored.

Simply a wonderful place....with a wonderful staff. Everyone is always helpful, positive and they get stuff done. Staying here you feel like you're at the Ritz Carlton but at a great price. Great location right next to the slopes. Seriously, the staff is the best though. Maria is a standout amongst the rest of the wonderful staff though, she's even awesome-er.

Elvis was fantastic in ensuring our stay was 5 stars. He found out it was our anniversary and went extra mile to make it extra special. Super friendly staff. Beautiful resort. Close to a lot of activities and restaurants and stores. Resort was perfect. We only were there 1 night but wished we could’ve stayed a week

Melanie at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my family who had multiple rooms were on the same floor near each other. Melanie kept in constant contact to make sure everyting turned out right. What outstanding service, from begining to end.

My family had a wonderful time at the Westgate Park City, Utah mountain resort. Check in was quick, which was perfect after a long drive. The suite we stayed in was cozy and perfect for the 4 of us. The spiral staircase up to the loft with full bathroom and pull out couch was a very nice surprise. I loved the high ceiling and wall of windows. My husband used the patio hot tub every night. We enjoyed our stay. So much fun stuff to do around Park City and Salt Lake City.

I stayed here for a business conference and was very pleased. Gigi and Elvis at the front desk were absolutely amazing and so accommodating! They made our stay so much better. The property is absolutely beautiful. The marketplace has everything you need and had my favorite wine.

All around beautiful peaceful place. My husband and I had an amazing anniversary/birthday here. We were lucky enough to be there when there wasn't many guests. The pool/hot tub was very nice the game room was fun, and the jacuzzi in the room was so relaxing, and I can't say enough about the staff. There very kind and attentive and go out of there way to make sure your taken care of, whatever there getting paid is not enough. I would definitely come back.
