Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 3550 N Atlantic Ave, USA

First time visiting Cocoa Beach and we were very pleased with our choice of hotel. The apartment itself was super comfy and had everything that we needed. A great location close to bars, shops & restaurants and access to the beautiful beach. We used the shuttle bus to the Pier many times and this was a great service for us. We all loved the lazy river and swimming pool and met some lovely people. We would 100% use this accommodation again

This is an amazing place to stay. It is very family oriented. It's a very brief walk to the beach. We absolutely loved the lazy river. The only complaint I have is the parking. The parking lot is very cramped, people were double parking, and people would keep parking in front of the lobby, blocking the driveway to get into the parking lot. Other than that, it was very nice. We enjoyed it very much.

The best things about this hotel are the pool/splash pad/lazy river and accompanying atmosphere. This hotel also has a direct path to the ocean, with access to a clean and sandy beach. ||We had to wait almost 20 min for our room to be ready, even though we let the hotel know an hour ahead of time when we’d be arriving. The rooms are big - which is about the only good thing I can say about them. The beds are rock hard. In fact, we had to buy foam pads once we got here because the bed felt like sleeping on the floor. There were ants in one of the bathrooms, along with no water pressure and only luke warm water temperature. The glassware is cheap and actually broke in my son’s mouth while he was drinking. The dishwasher didn’t work. The internet was spotty. ||With all that being said, this is one of the more popular hotels on the strip it seems.

Nice staff and amenities. The rooms are great! Food needs to be better though... not expecting anything sophisticated but at least not stale and tasteless

The bartender Sue is a must see!! She’s a whole show herself, very professional and gives lots of great advice on the menu. Only downside is the kiddie area is less but honestly is probably much safer than it was so I guess not much of a downside. Easy walk to the beach and the happy hour is worth it 5$ for a margarita that tastes like a 15$ one is insane.

We are having a great time. The hotel is very family oriented. The lazy river and the water park is the spot for the little ones. We had an issue and Fidel the maintenance supervisor solved it quickly. Fidel was very nice and wanted to help. Big Ray, the bus driver was also of great help and with a great attitude.

Had no idea what to expect since we bought this vacation in Las Vegas for our large family and we were very impressed. Very large rooms with a full kitchen with space to move around. The location is absolutely perfect, less than a 2 minute walk from the ocean with an amazing beach. The pool was perfect for the kids, especially with a kiddy pool right by the hot tub so the wife and I could relax while they played nearby... And the tiki bar right next to the hot tub is perfect. Drinks are not overpriced at all and neither was the food. And the food was really good and came out very fresh. They even have a splash pad for the kids with activities every hour for them. The lazy river is a bonus, which we spent a lot of time in and they even have a parent only zone if you need to escape for a bit. This is a perfect family get away; affordable, updated spacious rooms, amazing pool area and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back every year. We are making this a tradition now. And I almost forgot about the staff, they were over the top warm and welcoming! They always greeted us with a smile and were making sure we were being taken care of. Thank you Westgate staff for making us feel like family. That means a lot to us.

I thought it was excellent customer service. They did everything possible to make adjustment to the air conditioner to make it comfortable for us! However,my grand daughter was very disappointed about limbo being cancelled and they didn’t get a new limbo stick.
