I'm deeply disappointed by my experience at Western Technology, Inc. since the new manager's arrival. The once pleasant and productive environment has deteriorated under their leadership. The manager has ignored employee concerns, added excessive workloads, and shown a lack of understanding, causing morale to decline. The manager also holds the HR position, preventing us from expressing concerns openly. This has led to stress, burnout, and colleagues leaving. The situation is truly disheartening. Effective leadership is lacking, turning a growth-oriented workplace into one of frustration. Urgent action is needed to reevaluate the manager's suitability and restore the workplace. It's imperative that they reevaluate the new manager's qualifications and suitability for the role. Until then, it's difficult to recommend this place as a place of employment. It's no surprise that many of our valued colleagues have chosen to leave the company. Currently, I can't recommend this as an employment option given the circumstances and I even have to do this anonymously due to consequences that may follow me.

Our company has been working with Western Technology for over 20 years. We specialize in bridge, water tower, and other structural steel blasting and coatings work. In my experience and many others here, the explosion proof lighting products we get from Western Tech are the best in the industry. In addition the level of customer service they provide is phenomenal, and they have always stood behind their products (which is quite remarkable these days). I myself have been working with Tammi Finlay of Western Technology for 7 years. In the 20 years I have spent in the field I have yet to ever come across a better sales manager. Tammi has always come through and if she doesn't have the answer she can get it quickly. I wanted to sincerely Thank Tammi and everyone else at Western Technology for all they have done to not only improve our jobs, but also to keep us going in a jam.

We have been working with this company for a few years now and they are amazing! Product is exactly what is described. Who ever is in the shipping and receiving department I must say is AMAZING! From all the shipments I've received nothing was packaged wrong, everything was protected, Just great! Thanks a lot!
