The service was good. There were only two girls working with a reasonable amount of tables. Could have been a little better, but that won't prevent me from going back. The egg and ham tacos were pretty good... nothing exceptional. I asked for hot sauce, and they provided a little sauce cup of it, but it cost me $3.50... not impressed. My friends ordered different items, like pancakes, bacon, burger, and ham. They all looked a lot better than my tacos, so I'm excited to try something else next time. The pancakes are huge along with the slice of ham! The bacon looked like nice thick and crispy bacon. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the bacon. The atmosphere was ok. There is a lot of nice artwork all over the walls. There is plenty of flat parking.
It took 4 separate servers to get my order. I waited close to an hour before my order was taken and that's only because I got up to find someone who could. I was a bit surprised that the order initially was not complete. I ordered a build your omlette, biscuits in gravy, chorizo sausage and sausage links (4). I ordered 4 thinking they were regular size but they came out big and tasty. The side of hashbrowns that came with the omlette was a bit dry, good consistency though. Gravy was decent, it paired well with the biscuit, it was really soft and delicious. I was surprised to see that the chorizo sausage comes grounded instead of whole. The chorizo paired well with my omlette. The servers were very apologetic, and the coffee and water server came by frequently. The last server that took my order checked on me often after the food came in. The order came in promptly, but was incomplete. In the end, I feel that I will give this place another shot before I completely write it off as DNR.
This morning was our first time. We had a wonderful experience. The food and staff were Outstanding!!!
1st time here and I see why it's always busy. It's definitely worth the wait. The service is good, the food was AMAZING and the mixed drinks I seen coming to the tables looked Soooo good. Prices were reasonable since the portions were pretty big. I had the breakfast chimichanga, and it was yummy. Next time I wanna try the biscuit bowl....those are huge even the mini! Also the staff are friendly, helpful and the coffee was always a full cup! I really liked this place!
Huge breakfast anyone? I only barely didn't finish because it was so amazing. Soft biscuit and great fillings. The gravy was great enough to eat off a shoe. Mmmm. 10 of 10! Go eat y'all!
I've been coming here for a long time. However it's been about 10 years since I was here last. Everything is exactly the same as I remember it. The food the service and the price. I had the breakfast burrito with green chili. It was delicious. My wife had the silver dollar pancakes. Pancakes are the size of the plate. Absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place in an instant.
The food here is very good! You can ask to sample the chili, and I highly recommend doing so! They don't joke when they say their chili is spicy!!! And they have so many options, so if you sample you are sure to choose the one you like the most!
It has been a while since I've been into the Omelet. Has this place has gone to the dumpster. I order a plate size pancake that is burnt, I had to go to a dirty table to retrieve butter and syrup that the waitress never brought to me to start. Ask for a refill on my coffee after just one cup and they said they dumped it, so no refill on that either. Some of the worst service and food I've ever had from this place. Been coming here for over 20 years and next time when I'm in town I'll go to King Chef instead. All I can say is WOW not the experience I was expecting at all this place, it used to be the bees knees and now I don't think the local bums will even eat out of the dumpster aka this restaurant. Bring back the good service and great food. If not I'll spend my money on other local restaurants in town.

Found this place while traveling! What a great place. The food was excellent! We had breakfast, and their green chilies had true southwestern taste. The cinnamon rolls are insane. Staff was great. When I visit family here again. Definitely a go to!
My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
