The elderly woman managing the motel was doing her best to keep it running by herself. Now in a remarkable act of generosity she is lodging and feeding 300 asylum seekers who have become like family. I hope she will be rewarded with more positive reviews and with support from the city authorities instead of fining her thousands of dollars for not meeting hotel standards.

The owner/ manager is not well. It's 100$ a night the plumbing doesn't work. She's incredibly rude she's very moody it's like she's bipolar she was hula hooping in the office I was asking about getting the maintenance man to fix toilet she flipped me off a continue to hula hoop!?. She has a new staff every couple days. Daisy the maid has people come in at night an only charges 50$ a night but doesn't put in book they all work under table. Wonder what IRS would think?

I enjoy it here. Friendly staff big rooms my dogs are welcome. Lots of parking quiet place. No air conditioning, there are roaches, and its run down. But its cheap, there are no bedbugs in my room nor have i heard complaints of them. The water seems to go; warm, extremely hot, cold: in a never ending cycle. The television channels do not include comedy central. The sheets may be oversized top sheets instead of fitted. The wash clothes and towels may be stained or never match. The cleaning staff does not speak much English at all but are happy to provide toilet paper and whatnots. Overall we enjoy living here.

Worst experience of my life. Black mold, water leaking from every possible opening and making rivers through the room. Saturated carpeting that smells of sewage. ceiling falling in over the tub and a rude oriental woman and her arrogant handicapped son refusing to refund my money." We give you other room she says". WHAT? Who wants another chance in this Bio-hazard place. Bugs as big as me and no real working plumbing. It's a gamble if you have water or electric...No thanks. She has the fire exits screwed shut so you can't exit the doors, what's up with that. Room 138 was cute it had a small tree growing out of the floor Play it safe and stay in your vehicle and keep on going.

For the price, its not bad. It isn't a 5 star hotel no and it shows but its got decent beds. It smelled nice when I walked in and the Korean owner was nice and makes a mean hot waffle. ||Bathrooms could use a little work and some new sheets but that's all my complaints.||What surprised me is the Wi-Fi, damn good. Got online instantly and no problems at all. Been staying at 4 star hotels and never got past the loading screen.

Done of the rooms got renovated and look fantastic, but those are the inside rooms. My room I had to clean myself sink and tub had backing up draining problems. Roaches and mice. All come in from under three door. Then people knocking on doors all times of the night, fighting, and my room was next to a drug dealer so all night had no sleep for the last 3 nights I stayed. VERY OVERLY PRICED BUT THE LOUNGE, FOR IT BEING A DIVE, THE FOOD IS HOMECOOKING . STAFF: YONG IS NICE BUT VERY VINDICTIVE REST OF STAFF RUDE AS HELL AND SOME STAFF ARE GUESTS EARNING FOOD OR WORKING FOR A NIGHT TO STAY. YES YONG'S SON IS IN A WHEELCHAIR, HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS A DECENT HUMAN BEING

The workers here are real nice, but this whole place is all broke down and still under construction involving water coming from the ceiling in areas that they rent out rooms, bed bugs, hospital beds or cots, rust and hair in the tub, and tons of abused crying cats. Refrigerators in the rooms, but those things is filled with rotten meat that smells like dead bodies! The charge is $80 nightly for 1rm. and 2 or 1 beds. "This place needs to be shut down, rebuilt, animal control to put those cats in a good home, pest control for the bugs and spiders, then a new owner and workers, so it can be a nice, clean, and safe place to stay!"

First off when we arrived they sold us a room that wasn't ready yet. Its cold out and no heat in the room. Went to shower abd it wouldn't drain. All the drains were clogged. Mold on ceiling. Went and told mgr and her son in a wheelchair was in the office and was really rude. Found a bag with white powder inside after the house keeper cleaned. Just nasty and rude! Never again will I ever go back there and I'm gonna call the Colorado Heath Department on them!!!!
