Worst motel ever! Filthy, cockroaches galore. Price was 80 dollars, walla have patches that haven't been painted, walls are also very dirty, as I write this I had a pizza on the dresser, when I opened it up two large cockroaches came running out. It's now 1245am and my girlfriend and I are going to sleep in our Cadillac Escalade which is much cleaner and without bugs. Never will I stay here again.|Oh and the Television didn't work!!!
Had a great experience here. Needed a place to crash for an Audiology gig nearby, and this place was lovely. My business, Soundscape Audiology, often requires traveling to various clientele for wax removal, custom ear impressions, or custom audio, and this motel had everything I needed. Would strongly recommend!
We stayed here because many of the other chain motels closer to Hwy 101 were sold out. This is a very basic place, but has potential to be nicer with a bit of housekeeping. It is an older, single story motel, with charming brick front porches and flowers & parking in front of each unit. Our bathroom was clean and had a large tiled shower and pedestal sink. Room appeared to be set up for handicap access except for the two steps up to the front porch. The walls and crown moulding were freshly painted, and the carpet seemed clean. We slept comfortably on the king-size mattress. There was a flat-screened TV, mini-frig, microwave and free wi-fi in room. ||||Reasons for the low rating were: bedspread was older, stained & faded; shower curtain was moldy on lower edges; there was no coffee maker in room, and no coffee available in the office in the morning; there was no phone in the room, even to call front desk; and my personal favorites: a piece of already-chewed gum near microwave and someone else's thawed food in freezer of mini-frig. There was no air conditioning unit, and the wall heater probably did not work as there were a dirty portable fan and a portable heater in room. Outside, there was a blue tarp covering "stuff" and a trash-filled dumpster with no lid right next to our room. Former pool had been filled in with dirt and grass--maybe a nod to California's water shortage?? Rate was average for the area, with no discounts offered, because--in the desk clerk's words--it was cheap enough. Really???
We were desperate but I think a night in the car would have been better! The bed was hard was just like laying on the floor not to mention the stains on comforters so they obviously haven't been washed. There was also a stale smell in the room. We checked in around 1 am and only ended up there because every other hotel and motel was booked. The guy said he would give us a deal. I can't believe we paid $114!
This hotel was good enough for the not picky traveler on a budget. The rooms are pretty large with a lot of storage space. There was a closet, dresser, and another large chest for storage. There was a mini-fridge, microwave, and phone in the room. The cleanliness of the room was okay, except the bathroom window could have been cleaned a bit more- probably just old. The service was very friendly. The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. It is a one story motel, and the layout is pretty neat.
Shade in the summer and heat in the winter! Great little place for the cost, which is quite affordable! Very clean and tidy. Bathroom and shower clean also with plenty of towels etc. All kinds of amenities available for a person. 7-11, King Falafels, two gut trucks nearby, donut shops, (both within walking distance), three gas stations, with snack shops and last but not least,,, 99c and Dollar store, still mired in parking lot trash! This is a good place to hang your hat if needed. Clean, secure and friendly staff! What the hell, they deserve a 5 star rating!
Horrible service, filthy rooms and graffiti in closets. When asked to have room switched because us the demonic pentagram and symbols on the wall, we were barked at by the owners and told no refund/no exchanges in the rudest manner and felt harassed by them shortly after. We watched them also make up different prices for some, and different prices for others, when asked about it the manager stated that he knows who those people are and they only use the room for a few hours.. sounds sketchy to me. Let's just say my colleague and I left to a better hotel shortly after! 😁👎👎
This was the very WORST motel I have ever stayed in! There is No Air Conditioning! No ice machine! For goodness sake this was in California! There were roaches! Mildew and mold in the rooms and restroom! I could only stay there one night ! Never again. $60 room should have been free!!
Christian and Kobe at Santa Maria att near Betteravia were awesome- quick, kind, knowledgeable and efficient- she should get a raise or supervisory role. Quite impressed. - Joe Franceschi

Itâs worth the walk across the parking lot to here from Starbucks/Target. Great breakfast sandwiches & doughnuts. Super fast service and best hot chocolate Iâve had âfrom a machineâ rich and not watery at all.
People are sleeping on this restaurant. Breakfast burrito was amazing Pancakes were good and French toast was also great. Family owned and operated. Support a great restaurant.
Great little "get-a-way"! The ambience is wonderful. Beautiful covered outdoor patio adds to the experience. The staff has always been super attentive. Oh yeah, the food is deliciousð. One of the better falafel I've had. Crispy on the outside,
The food here is really good. I love that they allow you to sub out regular side or rice for fried rice! Their fried rice with spam and vegetables is so good! I got the Zoe special plate and it was really good! Parking shared with other stores so is
