Western Inn - Hotel in Gonzales - 1712 Louisiana 30 W, USA

This Western Inn is located in Gonzales, Louisiana. Adjacent to a main highway that leads to Interstate. Within walking distance to several fast food restaurants. You can purchase rooms online at membership price or pay in person at rate of $67.00/night. Sometimes it's difficult to locate front desk staff at nights. The rooms are pretty much clean, A/C, Cable and more suitable for the working class. I would again definitely rent a room at this location.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I was in the room for less than 2 hours because I lay on the bed and the bed had bugs! Went to the front desk to tell her what happened and to check out, i went to another hotel, she told me I had to call the owner the next day for my refund only to be told that I would get a refund because they didn't see any bugs! Classic example of you get what you pay for. If there was a way to rate this place negative stars I would along with the horrible customer service!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

I see a lot of negative comments, but did they think that they were coming to the Hilton for the price🤷🏻‍♀️??? It's a little outdated, but it's clean, and it is in a good location. I've seen worse, and I've been in better. Pick your battle updated for double the price or a little outdated for a fraction of the price.

85uds the shower was old and the curtain was yellow like never was washed; also the the shower doesn't work right. The bed smells like humidity and yellow too!! I was lucky cause bring my own towel!! Never again!

Great place to stay if you like bed bugs and the smell of urine. 👍

Just what we needed, but no more Look, this is not a "nice" hotel and I wouldn't recommend it for anything but a place to stay for a night or two. The room was completely adequate and perfectly met our needs - clean room, AC, clean towels, comfortable beds, TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and iron/ironing-board. Bathroom was clean, shower had great water pressure. It was quiet and safe. Lobby is closed, you check in through a window. Lady at the front desk was polite and helpful.

Booked a hotel as we were driving across country so immediately fell asleep without checking sheets. Room 110 was infested with bedbugs and we killed a few places then in a plastic cup and took it to the office and showed the woman working there when we woke up who was outside smoking and talking to a guy in a car. I asked for a refund and she said no then I asked her to call the manager and she also said no because we should have informed them before. I showed her the bedbugs and she accused me of planting them there we walked back to the room to show her Cheeto dust stained mattress covers which were six in total and the bugs and she just pretended to throw up and left the room didn’t apologize or say anything just went back to the boy she was talking to and laughed. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with in a hotel do not stay here.

The Staff here turned there nose up at us. We needed a jump for our car(The battery died while we we're packing) and the staff let us sit for hours in the parking lot, while some even got in there cars left and came back. The service was ridiculous and we're making a complaint to corporate. Hopefully we saved some decent ppl from having a HORRIBLE experience.
