Western Inn & Suites - Motel in Manchester - 1119 Warm Springs Hwy, USA

I enjoy my stays at this excellent budget motel. Amenities are sufficient and rooms are nice and comfy.

No amenities, no anything, no nothing. They even have the air/ heat rigged to not be satisfyingly comfy. They went in my room while I was gone more than once and did absolutely nothing in efficiency of restocking nor cleaning 😒 however; what they did do is: turn off my air, ( nosed around),& opened the curtain and turned off lights and moved the trash can from where I put it. I went to desk to see about sending fax, she told me not now come back in 2 or 3 hours and I didn't I went back the next morning she told me 2$ per page, with a sign on Wall that said 1$ per page, no cigarette butt can in place, wires spliced together from light over bed with 2 different cords and wire nuts bathroom door molding broken rusty refrigerator, they take advantage because there's not really a choice in Manchester. J had ask more than once for wifi

My children and I stayed three nights for a family reunion nearby, and we would recommend this motel to everyone about. The hosts are friendly, and offer plenty of advice of places to go or things to do. They have enough space inside, and the layout is sensible. We stayed here last night and couldn't fault a much for the price, immaculately clean rooms, decent linen and a comfy bed. The room we were in also had a good sized flatscreen TV, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. The bathroom is modern and clean, with both a bath and shower. We stayed in a few motels in the area before this one but not one came up to the same standard for us. Overall it was a good place to stay for a good price.

This property was selected later in the evening after leaving another property that was unsatisfactory. There is not much in the area to my taste but sometimes a person has to just accept that fact. I did and wasn't disappointed.||||The check in was through a slit in a plexi-glass window while sliding my driver's license through for inspection. We made the transaction and the lady was polite. ||||The room was clean, carpet looked new, linens in good shape, smelled of disinfectant which is probably a good sign. This was a minimal place, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, shampoo in a little squeeze package, small soaps, but they did have a microwave and small frig.||||No noisy guests, no loud a/c, bed soft but okay. I would not deliberately return but then again it is acceptable if one has to find a place to sleep in a pinch (which was my case).||||They also had cable TV and wireless internet which worked just fine too.

Not much to choose from in this town. They roll the sidewalks up at 9:00 pm. If possable stay in another town. I am forced to stay at this hotel account of working on the railroad. This is what they supply. One night i stayed i had a bed that was eaisly 20 years past worn out. The chair in each room is the most comfortable thing i have ever sat in. They are stained and filthy. The furniture has a coat of clear paint on it, trying to make it acceptable.||It is run by a man and woman. He is very nice, she is a grade A bi##$.||Avoid Manchester at all cost for staying overnight.

If you have extremely minimal standards, then you may be more satisfied than I was. The room was clean. That is all I can say. There were not enough towels. I had to get "how to" instructions from the front desk in order to watch TV. There is no coffee maker in the room. The fixtures in the room were in need of repair. The staff were friendly enough when you could find them, but the whole attitude seemed to be "benign neglect".

They harassed me and stole my keys to my job and car. Infested with roaches and 120 has bed bugs. Real owners are nice but the father is horrible.

I did not expect much for the daily rate I was given but, minimalism is what I expected and minimalism is what I received. ||The room was clean but there were numerous cigarette burns in the carpet and bathroom, which provided an unmistakable odor when the A/C cycled on and off, requiring constant circulation. ||All conveniences were functional and also clean. WiFi was free but barely functional thereby, unreliable. ||In conclusion, if one must stay in Manchester one doesn't have many choices. I would then, reluctantly consider staying there again. Otherwise, consider driving a few more miles to Warm Springs or other city.
