Exactly what u wld expect out of a place like this. If your in a pinch it will do but I wouldn't stay unless you had absolutely no other options
Definitely un-American won't allow service dog for retired marine and wife dirty rooms and no hot water
It's cheap. The guy that owns the place is rude most of the time. He doesn't have much of a heart for folks in bad situations, I am sure he sees bad situations a lot and gets tired of it all. That says a bunch about who he is as a person. He has a business to run and does an adequate job of doing that, and he's like everyone else in this world with bills all of his own to pay. So if you need a roof and a bed and have $65 you can get a clean room that has a very early checkout time. Nothing more Nothing less. If I had another place to go, I would go someplace different
This is the second time I've lived here and can't ask for better..location ..people ... housekeeper..that says it all
Very disrespectful management, have pipe leaks that they refuse to fix causing black mold and holes in ceiling. Some rooms are rigged electrically with extention cords wired into plug ins. Charge $10 visitor fees even in cases family comes to say hi. Have taken payment from customers just to immediately have them leave
Paid for 2 nights cash. Was given a room with a door that would not lock. Filthy. Sheets covered in black stuff. People yelling in the parking lot. Asked for other room but was denied. Could not get money back. Went elsewhere. They got away with scamming me. Many of the individuals who stay there are homeless and don't have the means to go elsewhere. The people who run this place are scammers and cons
DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm easy to please and don't like confrontation. These rooms were nasty, from start to finish. They smelled, the bathtub and toilets looked very dirty! I paid for a week, and they wouldn't bring me new towels, stained ones at that, I had to take my own trash out. They were very, very rude, as if I WAS the one doing THEM a favor! It was a scary place, and scary surroundings. Didn't even have a ice machine...I had to buy it at the gas station next door. PM
It was OK the room spelled just like weed until I sprayed some air fresher in there and the toilet was stopped up until I plunged it other then that it was ok
When I came to RIKR in Oct. 2020 I was a little hesitant. I was unsure what I was getting into. But after the first class I knew I couldnât quit. Fast forward to Nov. 2023 & still going strong. I couldnât imagine my life without this place. I wou
