Exceed Expectations! I have a computer that is about 15 years old, which I love and depend on very much. It was observed that it was gradually losing its efficiency by getting very hot, very slow , losing battery power and worst of all shutting down ! I came across Westchester Cell Phones and Computer Services online and decided to contact them. I spoke to Bobby, who listened to my complaints and found an appointment slot for me in his busy schedule to have it examined. He diagnose the problems and fixed them in one business day! My device worked like a new computer with all the problems resolved ! I was so happy and pleased with the courtesy and services offered at this establishment. The cost was unbeatable and encouraging! It is my greatest pleasure to highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services!

I got home repair service on a phone that was quick and courteous. The repairmen showed up exactly on time and he did the repair quickly as promised, right from his vehicle. Bobby Lou the owner of Westchester Cell Phone & Computer Repair did an excellent job of speeding up my computer and stayed with me until I understood all the changes that were made with some of my programs. I was in town from Ohio visiting family and  cracked the screen on my Samsung galaxy phone. The crack was bad enough that I couldn't wait until I got home to have it fixed. So I brought it in, having resigned myself to paying way too much, only to find myself pleasantly surprised. The owner, Bobby was so helpful. I picked up my phone the next day and they had done a beautiful job. Better still the price was so reasonable, which I wasn't expecting being in New York I just assumed it would be very expensive. I'm happy to  be wrong about that and I'm so glad this is the place I chose to have my phone screen repaired.

Came in earlier today for a cracked phone screen. I was unable to call, text, or email to make an appointment due to my screen being barely operable. When I came in, I was seen right away and told that my phone could be repaired and returned to me the same day. Staff was so dedicated to completing the job that they actually picked up the parts for the repair personally. I was able to get my phone returned to me later that night. Very professional and quick. Highly recommended for their great service.

I took my MacBook Pro to Bobby at Westchester Cell Phones & Computer because on of the speakers was blown out. Since I use my computer every day to teach students I really need two excellent working internal speakers. Bobby was timely, professional, responsive and very fairly priced. We made an appointment for the services- everything was done right on time so that I did not have to lose time from work. I would not hesitate to take any of my devices to Bobby. He is very professional and the quality is excellent!

I took my iPhone XR here with the back glass broken, only to receive a brand-new looking iPhone XR (red) enclosure. Bobby/Sabrina told me they can replace the enclosure - while keeping the internals the same (as replacing only the back glass is too time consuming/prone to error). Anyway, for $100, my phone was fixed beautifully. These people are honest, and trustworthy. Thank you both!
