West Wind Supper Club - American restaurant in River Falls - 709 N Main St, USA

Visited on a weekend. Had a reservation, but upon arriving it was pretty much walk in and not too busy. Unfortunately they were out of clam chowder and then out of the wild rice turkey meat loaf. Service was good and waitress was very kind. Time to get food was quite slow given the small dinner crowd. Prepare for a 2+ hour dinner if you get appetizer, dinner and a dessert to go (due to limited time had to get it to go). Food was pretty good but definitely a bummer they were out of what we decided upon looking at the menu.

We rented the big room for a surprise birthday party. Caroline, the event coordinator, was great to work with in planning our party. The space was perfect for our 40+ person party, and it was so warm and inviting with the fireplace. I recommend anyone planning a private party to make your reservation at the West Wind and work with Caroline.

Very good food, slower service, but it is a super club, very clean. Very good drinks. Would highly recommend, pricey. Taylor was our server, she was very nice.

Prime Rib came cold and tough, informed waitress and all I got was a sorry. Salad came out around 3 minutes before entrée and a good 25 minutes after we ordered. Very dated decor. We won't be back!

Love these little places. Small town Supper Club with better then reasonable prices with great service. Make reservations. Won't be seated without one. I had a cocktail & Kings Prime Rib she had the Fillet. $150 & that included tip. No I don't skimp on tipping especially here. Enjoy!!

We were seated before 6:30 pm. The waitress alerted us that food was taking 45-60 minutes. We were ok with that and ordered an app. Well, the food finally was served at 2 hours 15 minutes later. The waitress was very pleasant however the meat was lukewarm, veggies cold and sauce was burnt. The staffing (cooks) needs to be improved in the kitchen or this place will continue to lose business. The new system also rejected a prepaid Visa card too. We never saw the manager in the dining area and only the appetizer was comped after this poor dining experience. If it wasn’t for the waitress, you would have received zero stars.

We went for dinner and the food was on point. The cauliflower app was delightful. Our server, Lexi, was amazing! Her recommendations were perfect and she was so nice and professional. High class. The frozen dinner drinks Lexi recommended are yummy. I’ll have one before & after dinner next time. I will go back again for sure, but I will not order the ice tea.

Fire was nice and waitress was kind but service was very slow and they brought appetizer after entrees because it was forgotten until we asked. 3/4 of our entrees came out way over done and almost very burned. We gave dessert a try as get claim it to be homemade but it tasted like a bland chocolate cake that came from the freezer section at the grocery store. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
