The 5-star rating is due Mrs. Turner's level of professionalism; the quality service that she provides; and, how well she maintains the facility. She has exceptional customer service skills! The cost needs to be lowered. Overall, good place.

I went to the West Memphis, Ar location in hopes for a 5x10 storage unit, but unfortunately they were unavailable at the time. But Ms. Kambria put me on the waiting list. She was so nice and professional and made the situation better. She was very kind and patient with me, she is definitely someone who needs to be dealing with customers. Awesome customer service!

A True God Send.. I have had things in storage with West Memphis Storage for years. Kambria is the Agent in the office now and she has been a wonderful help to my experience. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and concerned. She as well as the Managers are always vordial and try to assist you in whatever problem you might be experiencing whether it is personal or other. I recommend Kambria to help and inform you of any questions or concerns you might have. I also wholeheartedly suggest that you use West Memphis Storage for any if your storing needs. They have worked with me through all types of situations and they have multiple size units to fit your personal needs.

Called to inquire about renting storage space. The lady that answered the phone Kambria (I believe) was really nice and helpful! She was able to answer all my questions promptly and effectively. Will definitely recommend using this storage (inside climate)
