Great place for a peaceful stroll along the beach. Plentiful shells line the hightide mark. Great for collecting your crustacean treasures.
Getting here by bicycle is glorious. This is an end-of-land unpaved parking lot with dune paths to the waterfront, featuring a WW2 era lookout tower. The island is connected by causeway, and still peppered with tiny crooked beach shacks -though increasingly modernized. The beach is lovely, and somewhat sheltered by the Elizabethans, with low surf. It's a Fairhaven town beach, so parking policy favors residents. Check before making the drive, or ride your bike!
Beautiful views, one mobile restroom leaves early bad & location. Beach needs more soft sand , too many rocks & shells difficult to enjoy walk.
It's very fun, but not great for anyone trying to swim here

Protect our beautiful ocean coastlines. Plastic pollution in the ocean environment is extremely damaging to all marine life including all bird species which depend on it. DO NOT LITTER , YOUR TRASH ENDS UP IN THE OCEAN. Only 9% of plastic produced by the U.S. is actually recyclable.
Literally the best latte Iâve ever had! Super fun and creative menu. Friendly service. Yummy baked goods. Cool and relaxing atmosphere with lots of room to sit and relax. Love it â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
This cafe is adorable! The apple bagels are delicious and so different. The Nellie Special was the perfect caffeine boost without it being overly sweet. Nate is super friendly! I highly recommend giving them a chanceâ¦we will definitely be back!

This is a nice cozy place to grab a drink and food. I ordered the tres leches cupcake and it was delicious. The hot chocolate with whipped cream hit the spot for me since it is cold outside.
I ordered take out from this restaurant. Iâve been feeling a bit chilly & was craving some soup & noodles. I ordered the Miso Soup, Vegetable Soup, & Vegetable Yaki Soba. When I walked in, the cashier was extremely kind & the restaurant was clean &
Great pizza, but the Kale soup beyond amazing! Every year I cannot wait till it is in season for them to make it! (Although I feel they should make it a special and make it year round) itâs that good! Best around HANDS DOWN! Better than Antonioâs
We are regulars at Galaxy. George, the owner, is the greatest. He always makes sure our food is the way we want it. His staff are all very friendly, and they make sure we leave with a smile and an armload of pizza every time. 10/10 would always recom
