Would highly recommend taking some time to get the proper care for your muscles with Lewis, one of West Hill’s massage therapist. Lewis was able to relive knots I’ve had in my calves, quad and forearm from tennis that other massage therapist has never been able to unlock. As someone who knows very little about muscle groups and explaining pain and all, Lewis was able to understand and helped! Would definitely recommend connecting with him to get your next massage appointment booked!
I was just a guest , who went to watch my Grandson play Tennis . West Club has a big fitness hall , 6 Tennis courts , 2/3 swimming pools . Other whole you have the luxury of becoming a member and enjoy all sorts Healthy actions which you wish to do .
My whole family is a member - love this place - last March Alcaraz came to practice before Indian Wells tournament
I love being a member of this hidden gem! The building is situated off the road and hidden from passing vehicles. This creates a nice peaceful environment to play tennis, pickleball, or just look out the window while working out. The staff and very pleasant and the members have all be so welcoming. The pace of the gym is very slow which really fits my families lifestyle! There is always equipment open when you need it.
Tried this club for 6 months. For context, I'm a beginner tennis player who works 9-5. Most tennis drop-ins, league practice, etc are scheduled during the day. Just one evening drop-in per week. Nearly impossible to get court reservations. A massage therapist was advertised when I signed up but there never was one. Lockers are new-ish looking but the rest of the locker room shows its age, especially the dry sauna. Towels kept near the showers are threadbare & tea towel-sized. In all it was just not for me.
Awesome staff!! Very professional and very welcoming.
Beautiful club. Well maintained, new equipment, and classes. Both I door and outdoor tennis courts, outdoor pickle ball courts, and an outdoor pool.
Pretty decent. The pool heater and the dryer being broken is an issue that has caused some annoyance along with the locker room not being cleaned often enough.

I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point. Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
Lexie is everything youâd want in a trainer. Smart, funny, and down to earth, but also tough enough to keep you motivated. Iâve been working with her for a year and a half and Iâve made significant progress in terms of strength and mobility. Iâ
