Wonderful apartment. Very welcoming and student friendly atmosphere. All the employees are very kind, respectful and diligent in their work. My favorite is Olivia. She goes above and beyond her job, which makes it very comfortable to stay here. The pool area is so spacious, perfect for family/friend gatherings. I would definitely recommend i another friend or student.

First off, like several other people are stating, the wifi has not worked for me as well as everyone who lives in the same unit as me for several months. As a student housing complex, I would hope this would be a top priority for them, however when I tried to talk to them about it multiple times they like to just say “we aren’t in control of that it’s a third party provider”. You would think that for the amount of money we are paying a month they would try the best they could to come and fix this issue. Secondly, the community itself is trashy, the appliances are way outdated and constantly stop working requiring you to put in maintenance requests. They try so hard to promote the amenities yet the “gym” is full of broken equipment that never seems to get fixed. I could go on and on but truthfully it’s not worth my time. They constantly send me emails stating I have to much trash yet they are the ones who so called “provide” the valet trash service. All In all this is a horrible, overpriced, terribly managed student complex and you’d be way better off spending your money somewhere else.

Hi! I’m a student at KSU and chose to move over here for my freshman year instead of on campus. This has been a great choice for my personally, more affordable and great people. The rent office always has fun events to meet people and free activities. I recommend a house personally that is what I had and love. Maintenance is always tentative and quick! I highly recommend.

Second day of the year and the Wi-Fi is out as usual! Can't wait for another year of not being able to get work done at the home that costs near $1,000 a month! Thank you for the amazing team at West 22 for making sure they have the cheapest service provider available

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Wifi has been in and out for over a month starting in November. There was a 2 week period where there was no wifi at all during finals. For how much rent is you would expect them to actually be proactive when it comes to issues like this. After 2 months of this issue they have refused to compensate me. If the wifi were working I would be able to overlook the broken gates that allow non-residents to come in as they please, or even the car break-ins which happen here from time to time. There are plenty of other apartment complexes that are cheaper in this area. To top it all off, they are increasing the rent for next year. Be prepared to pay thousands of dollars to not have internet acess.

Wifi has been out now for 3/4 of a month, including during the week before and of finals. I don’t really need to elaborate on why that’s so infuriating. What really bothers me, though, is that there is both 0 transparency and efficiency when dealing with this property. I have to call the office and internet company myself to get updates about the situation, as the last word of communication from the office about “fixing” the problem was well over a week ago (but you can bet you’ll still get 7 different emails when rent is due). Every single time you will be given a different answer about what’s happening that is never true. “There will be a temporary cord laid to restore connection tomorrow.” And then another day goes by with nothing done. I call again, and this time am told that they were just waiting on a part to be delivered and that the next day it would be installed. Of course, that didn’t actually happen, and now here we are going on 3 1/2 weeks of no wifi. You will be offered no solutions, and worst of all, no compensation. Just excuses and lies to get you off their back. I could talk further about the elevators covered in urine that hardly work and the trash that gets strewn all over the hallways, or the parking lots being full of non-residents every night so you can’t park and the cars that get broken into, but the wifi issue alone has brought me so much stress these last few weeks that it warrants it’s own review.

It is such a beautiful place to live and the staff make it so much nicer, they are extremely reliable when it comes to anything you might find yourself needing. The complex itself is beautiful with my favorite area being the pool area, it is so nice to go and relax in the summer.

This is my first semester staying here. I put in multiple requests not even a week into living here because they didn’t clean properly. They painted over hair instead of cleaning my apartment first. It’s multiple types of hair, and I have no idea if it’s from someone’s head or somewhere else. I was told I’d be contacted about getting it cleaned and never was. I reached out again, and was told to email. I waited over a week and never got a response. I called again and the person who told me I’d be contacted the first time proceeded to tell me she’d “try” her best to handle it again. Then never contacted me the next day when she stated that she was. This is absolutely disgusting. They lack communication skills and professionalism. I have not been rude one time. I’ve simply asked for my room to be up to par because I’m paying for it to be. These are just some pictures of my bathroom/room , but it’s all around my room.
