Wesley St Claire Apartments - Apartment complex in Lawrenceville - 3350 Sweetwater Rd, USA

We have enjoyed our stay at Wesley St. Claire, esp. now that most of the construction is done:)) Our apt is very cozy and we feel very at home here. It was a great transitional move for us to be here because it felt like home, we needed a quick 6 month lease between homes,, and we were welcomed back ( we had a lease last year here as well) The leasing office is gorgeous , lots of activities here, convenient area, and people are nice:)

The staff are great. They are helpful and quick to respond. Apartments have a lot of space. Honestly my time here has been mostly positive. My only issue is the parking. Certain times is almost impossible to find a parking spot. There seems to be a lot of cars that just sit in spots for months, a few that don’t even have tags. Other than that it’s a great place to live. :)

Management here are ridiculous they always have the pool and gym close. The girls that work here think they the owners of the building complex. Seriously they need more professional people in the office. When pool was open they would go right away and ask you what apartment complex are you coming from and what’s your name. They only allowed people they want inside gym and pool since they all live in this complex. Even after working hours they still checking the pool and gym it’s really insane.

Nice place to live! Clean and they just painted outside all the Apartments. Office and maintenance people are very nice and they always answer fast to any question or request.

In the beginning this place was amazing; Unfortunately they started renovating & now the place looks cheap with wooden decks & cheap black railings. We preferred the solid concrete look with solid concrete decks. To add insult to injury we are now seeing roaches in the apartments, mind you we’ve been here for years and would have never thought we would experience this from this complex. I don’t know if it’s new management or the owner becoming lax on their standards but we pay almost 2k a month and we deserve at least not to have to deal with pest especially roaches. We’ve tried talking to the leasing office but they seem unable or unwilling to really help. The parking is atrocious, there are peoples work trucks everywhere which take up valuable space & leave no parking spots. You literally have to park on the side of the buildings or the street, which leaves your car vulnerable to getting wrecked because of all the speeding vehicles; Mind you there are children playing & people walking their dogs, someone’s going to get hit one day or an accident will Happen, it’s only a matter of time. The front gate worked for a little bit but now stays open all the time; what’s the point of controlled access if the gate is open all the time? It’s been at least a year & a half since it worked properly. To be honest I saw someone looking through car windows one night & I would bet having the gate closed would solve that issue. I loved this place when I first saw it & moved in but to watch a place decline in such short time to this is saddening. You can tell that the complex on cares about getting their rent every month to hell with everything else.

I Have been with Wesley Apartment Homes over 15 years I currently live in Wesley saint Claire which is a beautiful gated community quiet with a lot of nice people the Office staff is wonderful bebe and Anan are great. (Especially Angie) who is one of the Most Mindful Down to Earth helpful People first kind of person and one of the Nicest people That I have ever met. The maintenance staff also great especially Benito and Pedro in Leno they go beyond and above any maintenance request that I have put in if you are looking for a great safe Community that is pet friendly consider Wesley st. Claire or wesley Place apartment homes

Thank you to the leasing agents for helping me get my 2 bedroom apartment. The place is really nice and is well priced for what you get compared to other places I’ve looked. It has a lot of space and the team made the move-in process super easy. Also there’s only a one time pet fee so I don’t have to pay any monthly rates for my cat, which is a plus.

Please don't let all the Negative reviews scare you. We have rented from Wesley st Claire property for 5 years, as well as our neighbors have for over 7 years, and other neighbors for 2+ years. Angy & Manuela in the office is wonderful to work with, as is bibi the manager.. They make sure to followup on everything, and have always responded promptly to our calls or requests..
