WRA is wonderful. Their parks are well maintained. Wentz is good for kids 2 and up. My 2 year old loves the sand box and the smaller playground and my 4 year old loves the slides. There is a basketball court and baseball fields here too. Good parking, right by the police station. Public bathrooms and a port a potty near the playgrounds.
This park is a great local spot. There are nice paved walking paths and a hiking trail in the woods. The hiking trail had been built out over the last few years and it's a beautiful walk. I rate the trail a 1 as it's flat and easy. There is always some kind of sport practice happening at this park as there are multiple soccer fields, a baseball field, tennis courts, a basketball court and a batting cage. There are also restrooms open in season and a soda machine.
This playground is great. It is broken up into two sections, one section for younger kids and one for older kids. Both section have slides and structures to climb on. There are swings, a sandpit, a merry-go-round, and a large rock kids can climb up (not a rock wall). There is a basketball court as well. The best part is that there are a lot of trees around so it is shady at certain times of the day. The only option for a bathroom is a port-a-potty but it is well kept (honestly!). There are a few picnic benches scattered around, too. The playground is located next to the police station so sometimes you might see police cars pull out and maybe even an ambulance.

Fantastic park! Lots of baseball fields, huge playground, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. There is a short nature trail off the main loop where thristy dogs can grab a drink.
We meet in the park on Tuesday evenings. The group is from Victory Church. The park is so exciting. The beautiful way they keep the park clean, the walking trails. I cannot say enough about the beautiful park!
