Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Ocean Springs - 7521 Washington Street, USA

Man. I don't know what's going on in the industry today that these managers allow their teams to work with such attitude and lack of pride. If they act like they don't want to be there, then find someone who does. Plenty of people need jobs. It's not about filing holes in the team. It's about finding the right pieces to create a culture that you want. A little hard work and sacrifice go a long way.

I didn’t think that I could ever have food this bad. The fries tasted like they were freeze dried, freezer burned, day old, bottom of the pan, space food. It was obvious they were burned to a dry and brittle mess. We went there after viewing the ad that boasts about their great fries. Epic fail! Just say no… check before you leave that you didn’t get the scraps off the bottom of the bin. I called the number on the receipt and it’s not working.. you might want to look into a flippy robot…perfect every time🤓🤖

Could be better. Needs better ventilation system or something. It was very muggy in there and the floors were ultra slippery. Food was decent.

This place should be shut down. There’s black mold all over the leaking ceiling, and the whole place smells funky. The girl taking our order was nice though, and the food wasn’t bad.

I ordered three potatoes and two chili's. Get to the window to pay and I'm told we're out of potatoes. We just sold the last one. This was after I asked before placing my order if potatoes were available. I added a combo because the potatoes were missing in action. I get to the food window and they hand me my chilis and I check my bag. There isn't any crackers so I ask for some. The food window tells me they are out of crackers and that the guy at the pay window or the one taking orders should have told me. He didn't. I drive away with food I didn't want because of the Great Potato Famine of Washington Ave and no crackers for chili. I honestly wanted to sling the food back in the window and ask for a refund. This is the third time I've been to this same location in two weeks and everytime they've been out of potatoes. It's been at different times so it can't be explained away as time of day.

Most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve been in. The food came up with soggy buns, the fries were not hot and the person taking orders was jabber jawing with friends who were placing orders in a tone and vernacular that is definitely inappropriate for a business interacting with the public. Very sour impression about Wendy’s at this location.

Quality control is lacking at this location. Workers are just kicking food out the window hoping patrons dont ckeck their bags before driving away... ordered 3 medium sized meals - the fries came in medium size with small quantities...

Placed a mobile drive thru order last night. When I arrived to pick it up the line was pretty long, but it moved fairly quickly and I was able to get my food in a decent amount of time. Not only that, my food was fresh and made perfectly...they even remembered my extra sauce! Super great experience, definitely recommend!!!
