Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Cocoa - 1101 Friday Rd, USA

Upon placing a mobile order, I arrived at the restaurant to find 5-6 cars at the drive thru. As the purpose in placing a mobile order personally, is to be able to grab and go, I decided to go inside. I stood for several minutes while others got their orders, finally the clerk just turns and looks at me, no greeting, I stated I had a mobile order, again she never speaks other than to say, Tracie. She then conveys the order to the cook whose response is, I'm not going to hurry. That's what you want to hear when you're at a fast food restaurant. The food was good but the overall employee attitude needs a lot of work. It used to be the friendliest Wendy's I've ever been to, not sure why or when that changed.

Being right off i-95 and there is a truck stop at this location they usually are really busy all the time so be prepared to wait in the drive thru for a while or even inside for your food. Once you get your food it's usually always correct though. They are 24/7 so that is awesome for a really late night snack.

Clean, great service, alway good food ! Had a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a coke. 100% happy. Busy but fast. Had plenty of room to sit down at a "clean" table. Flying J gas station and Wendy's are together. Safe and clean place off I-95 & 524.

Just went through and my boyfriend asked for a water cup at the window- the lady about ripped our heads off saying how it’s common courtesy to ask before the window. Fine. I’ve worked in restaurants for five years, I get the frustration, and if it had been one comment I wouldn’t have thought much of it. But she went on and on, muttering to herself, as well as speaking aggressively directly to us over a simple request that took her 30 seconds to fulfill. In my five years of serving, I’ve NEVER spoken to or treated a table that way. I guess I just can’t imagine being so miserable.

Good price and fast service..so happy open 24hrs again

I just went through the drive through and ordered two meals I got home and ate one bite spit it out immediately they both tasted really bad and smelled like a dirty rag. I just tossed 28$ in the trash because I will not be eating this garbage. I will not return to this wendys.

This place impressed me with the cleanliness of the dining area and how fast and efficient the service was. Everything was in stock, as in the hadn't run out of anything. I even got extra jalapenos for my burger and actually had the big ketchup pumps and dipping cups. Food was hot and fresh so basically ticked every box so I gotta give them 5 stars for this visit.

I never have a problem with the service there the people who work the drive thru a so polite and friendly but I went by there earlier today and got some burgers and other stuff and there was barely any bacon on the baconater and what little it had was so over cooked it just crumbled. I have been eating baconaters for a while now and those weren't,they didn't even qualify as a bacon burger of any kind. The kitchen is slacking on that.
