Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Salem - 2375 Commercial St SE, USA

Went through the drive through. Fast friendly service and it was apparent that this night team worked well together and we're having fun even on a slow night. Food was ready quickly, correct, hot and delivered with a smile and a conversation. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other competitors in a burnt out market! Well done to your team!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a chicken sandwich and a baconator both sandwiches were only meat and bread no condiments no cheese no veggies. When I called in lady was super rude and denied my order even existed! Then claimed to be the manager and refused to give me her name. Then she hung up on me!

Ok, I get fast food a lot because I'm a single working mom and I work a lot. This has got to be the most consistently wonderful restaurant in Salem! I have yet to have an even less than amazing experience here. My daughter is a hamburger and fries coniesseur and even she said this is the best restaurant in town. And when a kid says it, you got to believe it!

I always mobile order and they’ve never messed up my order. They’re always surprising fast, always friendly and I can hear/see through the window that they all work really well together.

As they were making our food they informed us they were out of chicken nuggets and offered to replace them with extra fries, including for the 6 piece chicken nugget order. Finally they said they'd replace the 6 piece with a chicken sandwich and give us 2 more medium fries, after about 5 minutes back and forth I said fine. Then comes the drinks we had 6 drinks and they gave us 5, I informed them we were missing a drink. After a look over the receipt the cashier proceeded to tell me "oh its because the frosty..." which we did order a frosty but also 6 drinks not 5. So I just let it go, at this point we had been there for more than 10 minutes and they just started handing out our bags of "food". Fast forward to home, 2 of our burgers we're completely plain with a little sauce when the only changes that were made to the Dave's single burger meal was lite sauce! And to top it off all the food was COLD! Completely cold and a little stale. Not one of our 7 orders was correct. This was byfar one of the worst Fast food experiences I've ever had.

UPDATE 12/5/2022- well, this is the first time in my life that a fast food worker was so disgruntled they actually balled my French fries into a ball and crammed then into the container. They were so tightly crammed I didn’t even pull them apart to try to eat them. It would be nice if you could get any kind of nicety from the window brothers. I come here way less anymore. Only if I’m desperate. Probably not even that anymore. Wadded the French fries into a ball and crammed them into the container. Just felt I should repeat that. —- I eat here all the time. The customer service is really great. That’s what stands out to me here. Even during rush when the line is long, I’m not getting grief at the window. Also, the food is fresh and consistent. I really appreciate it you guys!

They won't complete your order and make you fill up your own drink and they are really rude and act as if all their names are Karen, as you know, she's entitled and she makes you feel lucky and guilty for them to get your order...it's the utmost unbelievable experience in my entire times going to restaurants in my life. Just a horrible experience. The other customers were not believing this whole ordeal and I'm pretty sure quite a few walked out...maybe it was just a bad day for the workers, however, it's not our fault that they had a bad day and that they took it out on the customers...wow wow woweeee

Ordered a premium combo to go got cold fries and over cooked chicken sandwich. This location is inconsistent. Not busy, no cars at pickup window, only a couple in parking spaces, and should of known better when my chicken sandwich came the minute I was at window, and that they had sit in warmers for some time.
