Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Brownsville - 1001 Main Street, USA

Well, I don't know if wendys is dropping the ball or not they used to (past tense) have awesome salads. Now they are good but with down falls. It says Grill Chicken well it was "cold." It was not even heated it was like cold cuts. What's up with that Wendys? Not to mention my baked potato. I had to return it because it was cold as well when normally they are super hot. As if this one was sitting on the back table, I was upset about it. Girl said I'll reheat it, and guess what it was still cold. I looked at another order on the counter, and that potato was Super Hot. You could see the steam. So she gave me a new one. I mean little things like that annoy me. I mean, you're paying they are not. But I was more disturbed with the cold chicken, too, on that salad. The Taco salad everything was as should, and the chili sauce was hot. I don't know if they have to step it up or be monitored 101 because most seemed lost. Maybe they are having a bad day but no excuse for my order to be how they gave to me. After all, salads are pricey $9.00 and no drink. More if made into combo with fries seriously, guys salad and fries who makes up these menus? Anyways, it was there. Just tell me to ask if the chicken on the salad is to be cold, not that tastie.

This is the worst fast food store I’ve ever been in. Store was nasty dirty , walls , floors, cooking area trash on floor seen from order counter. Trash on floor in dining area , tables all dirty, customers throwing trash on floor. Never again eat in a Wendy’s especially this one. Obvious health dept turns a blind eye allowing such conditions.

Ordered drive thru we were served in less than 5 minutes. Greeted us with a smile and wished us well. TY we need more of that kindness to go around.

Great food. Mildly rude at window for pick up. They will not accept T-mobile offers on any other day than Tuesday, even if the coupon is not expired.

Best Wendy’s ever! Me and my family came here for lunch yesterday and had 2 big separate orders. The workers were on point with taking our order and were very respectful, friendly, and patient. Not once did they get frustrated like other fast food places usually do. We went July 5th, 2022 around 11:40am. Those workers need to be appreciated by this company! Also to mention the food was amazing, got some new lemonades i have never tried before that tasted amazing along with their shakes. Nothing was missing from the order and got everything the way we asked for! I’m from Dallas but here on vacation, if i’m ever in Brownsville again i will definitely return!

It's a only one Wendy's in the whole brownsville. Taste is good, my kid loves the spicy chicken nuggets.

Horrible customer service, and manager encourages this behavoir. I got to learn how to stay home and cook.

Simi quick drive by, they need more happy personal that enjoys there job, no one smiles greets you with enthusiasm anymore.
