Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Belleville - 333 Franklin Ave, USA

This has been historically one of the more disappointing facilities in terms of cleanliness and service. Service is generally almost always slow, and food is not always completely up to par. In my most recent visit, I had the 4 for 4.44 special. It provided a mixed verdict. The chicken nuggets were fresh out of the fryer and tasty. The fries had been out a little bit too long and were just lukewarm. The burger was considerably undercooked and needed to be taken home and nuked in my microwave to be warm enough for my taste. The counters for utensils needed cleaning severely. And there is something very unsettling when you are handed your food and the kid behind the counter doesn't even look you in the face when he's serving you. This is one place I will go to only if I have to, and not frequently if I help it.

This is a Wendy’s location that one goes to out of sheer desperation. I avoid this place at all costs, but had limited options and chose this only to find that this location is still up to its old ways and serving cold food. I am a 2 minute drive away, and my food is ice cold upon arrival. Utterly disgusting and inedible. I will be disputing my charge as soon as possible, will never return and urge anyone reading this review to do the same.

I typically go through the drive-through if I go, but I've been inside, and it looks clean enough to sit if a person wanted. They also created an outdoor dining space that looks nice. I haven't personally experienced it, though. The food is almost always hot and well prepared. I check my order before I drive off now because they've messed up my order by different margins in the past. If they ever did mess up my order, they've been prompt and eager to fix it, however, it required me to have my receipt to identify the order, except that I almost never get one without asking and the drive-through lines are ridiculously long to drive back to the restaurant to collect the correction. Drive thru's probably get away with order errors often, because most people are passing through and won't deem it worth the effort to return, so even if someone tries to hurry you along, you should absolutely check your order before driving off, it's your money, your health and your time.

Even after grand opening, still one of the worst after hours fast food restaurant. 9 pm and drive thru is madness. 40 minutes to order and get serve. Never again. Updated

Decent restaurant. I would give it 5 stars but it needs some TLC. Also, it needs a new update, cause every other Wendy, has soda machine outside and TV's.
