I love Wendy's and always have. I even worked at this one when I was in high school, but I have to say the food quality seems to have gone down hill. Small burgers are not at all fresh and half the time the large ones aren't fresh either. Super skimpy with toppings (a dab of mayo and one tiny sliver of onion?) And they often forget the bacon! Friendly staff but apparently noone cares about what they are serving!
Those honey chicken biscuits though!!! The Wendy's in Kittanning went above and beyond to make my breakfast order complete and no I did not mind waiting at all for the order! It was maybe close to the end of breakfast and I'm guessing they may have been switching to lunch but they got my order! I cannot thank them enough!!!
Order was royally messed up. I normally don’t complain but we didn’t get half our food because the order received wasn’t ours. Had to go back in twice and it still wasn’t correct but said whatever. Manager was mad at us and gave us attitude and didn’t even apologize. We normally are understanding but if you make a mistake, fix it. It’s not the customers fault and we’re paying money for this.
They've really gone down hill since last year. I used to have to stop here after other Wendy's messed my order up. Stopped there a few weeks ago at 20 till 11 and nobody was talking at the speaker, then at the window the girl tells me they're closed and when I said it was only 10 till she said that her manager already shut down the computers and that there was a McDonald's nearby. Now today I go there they handed me my drinks in a flimsy drink carrier and I had to tell them there was supposed to be another frosty. Sit there for over 10 minutes while nobody seemed to be doing anything about the frosty and I check my bags since they felt light and they never gave me my two sandwiches. Then I get home and see all the more fries they gave me in the picture.
Don’t recommend getting the new menu item mozzarella chicken sandwich. They are just selling a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese and marina sauce. When we asked about the fried mozzarella cheese patty that is supposed to come with it too, they argued with us saying the slice of regular cheese was fried mozzarella. How is a slice of cheese the equivalent to a breaded patty of cheese?

Everything was fine till, one of the employees started to yell. After my wife asked for a baked potato, stating that she didn't have any ready. And it would be 15 minutes till it was done. She carried on loudly for that 15 minutes, and saying here's her damn potato. The woman who took our order is very apologetic. Unfortunately even after we got our order the woman still was loud and obnoxious as she went out for a cigarette break.
Drive thru was very slow. You have to make sure you got the correct order. The hamburger buns were a little stale.
