Drive thru order: I went at 12:30pm. This is the most restaurant quality food Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. 5 stars. Super fresh, great service, amazing taste, not greasy at all. Yummy 😋 1000% your team is doing it right. Thank you!!! I almost went to an expensive joint, but instead decided to save money and come get a biggie bag $5 with numbers and a crispy chicken sandwich. Try their sweet and sour sauce.
Visited on 11/2423 about 4 pm. Clean store inside and out. Fast, friendly service.
We had the Baconator on pretzel bun, single with x mayo and onion, fries and drinks. Food was very fresh, fries were hot and crispy as they should be.
All employees on task, no standing around. Mgr. on duty, Bella, was outstanding! She helped us with a situation that most wouldn't have. Didn't even hesitate. Made our ride back to Cross City with our food very happy. THANK YOU AGAIN BELLA!

Food is always old, dry, and nasty. 3 times in a row same thing. Burnt burgers that are luke warm, chicken that's the texture of cardboard. It's sad, management and ownership clearly doesn't have any pride and it shows. This is a disgrace of a Wendy's establishment.
I know that everyone has the right to have a decent job but it doesn't seem a little crazy to me that homeless people work in this wendy. Especially because it is food and hygiene is very important.
Honestly depends on who is working. Ive had the best experiences here and also some of the worst. (The worst was food poisoning)
