Fries were all well overcooked/old/hard not hot. Burgers and chicken sandwich not hot like other stores. Nuggets were hot and seemed the only thing fresh. Two different sodas in soda machine taste off. No non sweet tea offer. The front register attendant at front was decent although didn't seem to enjoy her job. Lot of laughing going on in the kitchen though hope that distraction isn't causing the food not to be fresh. Only a table taken were people were actually eating and others just lounging and staring. Haven't been at this particular wendy's in probably a year. It was not that great of experience then either. Will definitely think twice when shopping in that area next which restaurant to go to. Sad choice to waste $20 here had high expectations because we have gone to other wendy's feeling satisfied.

Food was old and reheated, one glob of mayo in middle of old crunchy reheated multi times burger with no ketchup. Fries were old and hard, luke warm, and tasted like old grease from sitting so long. Service was terrible. They were too busy texting and with earbuds in to work or care that anyone was waiting for service. Worst Wendy's I have ever been too, food and service wise. Skip don't waste your money here.

When standing in line I'm waiting to order a meal. The staff is too slow 😔 They are not paying attention to who is up next. It would be nice to let us know if they're busy, like excuse me I apologize for the wait?

Every time I order from there. There's no tomatoes knife and a little lettuce completely nothing. But they're just chicken. On it

Store was filthy. Looked like the glass on the door and entrance hasn't been cleaned in ages. Especially with flu season.food was reheated. What happened to fresh never frozen

Ordered a large or family size Chili with crackers and hot sauce along with an LG frosty. Upon getting the bags of food, I asked if hot sauce was in bag. It wasn't. Arrived home and found no crackers and a container of Chili that was only 3/4 full. Chili was delicious but amounted to a regular amount of chili in a large container. Charge more, give less must be their belief, at least at that location.

I ordered a double with cheese no pickle no tomato and a large order of FF no salt, What I got was 2 dried out hamburger patties with a mush combo of mayo ketchup and had pickles and tomatoes on the burger my FF I ordered with OUT SALT was so salty and inedible. I even went inside to avoid issues like this. Now I know why I NEVER EAT FAST FOOD and this the exact reason why. They all suck and for the prices you'd think to get some quality. I ended up tossing it all in the garbage.
