Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Monroe - 1013 N 18th St, USA

My experience was great my food came out hot and fresh. You can tell they make the effort to make sure their customers are taken care of and 100% happy.

Placed order via app. At drive In window, attendant added 2 frosty key rings that were not on my order. Told to pull up past window and waited 10 minutes and no food had arrived. Went inside and found my order on counter. Melted frostys and cold burgers. 2nd time this has happened at 18th st Wendy's.

I stopped to get two baked potatoes both baked potatoes were overcooked in the microwave. They were all wrinkled up and shriveled up so small that they didn't even cover half of the container. There was only about a teaspoons worth in the center that you could eat. The rest of it was rubbery hard and when you pulled the potatoes peeling off the potato the actual flesh was dark brown and hard. It was uneditable. That was $6 down the drain. The casher and the serving attendant at the window was very courteous.

I jus left Wendy's and a young guy brown skin guy was jus rude. He throws me the barbeque sauce I ask for. On 18 Street here in Monroe Louisiana. I know next time to go to my regular Wendy's thats in Lakeshore. Never again. I didn't want to report him to his manager cause him probably really need his job but 😲

Very nice lady took our order. The food was good. One of our favorite Wendy's.

Ordered a Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad. It was good. Service was fast and the portion was enough. But that was just me. The others didn’t like the food as much, and hence three stars. One of them ordered the Taco Salad, but it wasn’t upto his expectations. Also, the place (mostly the floor) was a little dirty, and the tables were uneven and shaking.
