UPDATE: Called and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Lucas. I went in a few days later and he made a bad experience a better one. ***** Thank you Lucas!! Not the courteous cashier. Took my order. Repeated my order four times which was a very simple order. Still got the simple order incorrect. Literally, shoved the order on the counter at me. I don't know. She probably thought she was at home feeding a member of her family. Don't know how to count. Ordered nine of the same things. Only received eight.

Excellent service. Employees are super nice and friendly. You order the food and within 5 minutes it’s already ready. I would give 10 out 10. Employees are professional, kind and super fast.

Very quick and easy service. Can improve the drive thru a little with a poles everywhere and tight grooves

Ordered just the biggie bag for my son.. small order but the sandwich was missing!!. I tried calling the number but always busy !!. I cant go back cause i was on highway.. very disappointed

I am so, so tired of having to check my drive through order for missing items. I got my stuff, drove off, reached in the bag to check everything was there - looked like it was - felt the sauces for the chicken nuggets and presumed the rest was there. Well, never presume, never assume - the nuggets were missing. Realized this just before Through Neck bridge. No receipt neither. Drove back, eight miles in 35 minutes, then another 35 minutes back. Nothing could be done over the phone, other than the offer of coming the next day - in a neighborhood I go to twice per year. Lesson learned. This is New York - CHECK YOUR ORDER, ITEM BY ITEM, and to hell if someone behind you is waiting in line. Third time this happens to me (different fast food chains) - there's either a deliberate policy of stiffing drive thru clients that can not come back, either no one cares one bit with captive clientele and whatnot.

Tell the girl in the drive thru to stop cheating the drive through timer by not having us pull up to window when there is a HUGE line with people Honking at me. Then she proceeded to yell at me to back up once I had enough and pulled up as cars were backing up out to street. Don’t listen to her. Just pull up. They are too slow and trying to cheat the system. Will be notifying corporate now.

3 of 4 meals were wrong and one order wasn’t even the same as what was ordered and even that was wrong! Also gave like 6 orders of fries when only 3 were ordered! This is after speaking to the manager and everything is still screwed up!

For years y’all hire the goofiest people. Haven’t been here in months because I was tired of my drive thru orders being wrong. I just watched the two people running the window have a conversation about charging me for the wrong order to then act like nothing was wrong. By the time I was a mile away I get a notification for the other persons order lol like are y’all fr?
