Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Van Nuys - 6181 Sepulveda Blvd, USA

This location has the best Wendy's chili I've ever tasted. They're very generous with the chili and beans. They were generous with the cheese and sour cream also. The location is clean.

I live close to this Wendy’s and can honestly say the workers provide the slowest and worst service I’ve ever seen at any Wendy’s location. It’s multiple times now where there have only been 3 cars and I’ve waited 15 minuets. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but don’t expect fast service at this fast food restaurant. I like jimmy though.

i came about 5-10 minutes before breakfast ended and was able to order breakfast before they switched over. the sandwich was made fresh and all they did was ask me to pull forward for a few minutes. the workers in the drive thru were nice and got my order right. it was a good overall experience and visit.

Will never patronize another Wendy’s ever again. This location has a lot of angry employees running it and I do not trust what they’re doing to the food in individual orders. It was 10:30 p.m. two nights ago and a line of cars was made to wait 25 minutes while another car was forced to wait at the ordering station. When I finally got my order, it was not only missing an item, the frosty was completely runny and WARM, something I noticed only when I got it home. It also had sediment on the bottom of it. I am never impatient or nasty when ordering fast food and was very nice to them but I still got this completely messed up order with a warm, runny frosty. I didn’t eat the frosty even after freezing it because it looked as if something had been done to it and now I wish I hadn’t consumed any of what I paid for. Trying to reach anyone by phone at the store is impossible because they pick up them hang up or just let or ring. This place is shady and I’d advise anyone to not eat here or at any Wendy’s.

AVOID THIS WENDY'S !!!!! 10:50pm, October 2, guy at window should be FIRED!, after finally reaching the window to pay, & receive my order, the window guy asks what drink I had...then after arriving home I realize he gave me a $2 chicken sandwich instead of my Dave's Double burger. Now I know why people double-check their orders before leaving...places like this. $9 of food for $18...I'm going back and getting it fixed. OH AND ALSO CONVENIENTLY NO RECEIPT.

What you would expect from fast food. Drive thru is super slow and half the time they get your order wrong. Then you have to go back and wait in the slow line again. You are better off going to another Wendy's or fast food joint. If they get your food right, it is good, hot, and fresh.

I love Wendy's they have the Most affordable meal deals currently that will actually get you full :) I love the sugar cookie for 1$ as well . This location is always fast .

Completely incapable of handling or even understanding any special request. If you are lactose intolerant avoid this location like ten story cheese fountain in the middle of a fondue convention.
