Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Kimball - 100 Main St, USA

Went inside to order being that the line was long. Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal and a four piece spicy nugget meal for my child. The employees were more nice than your normal fast food encounter. They ran out of nuggets while fulfilling my order but we’re very nice and polite about it. Took just a few minutes to make some very good fresh nuggets. Summary, service stood out.

We ordered through the drive thru window, when we got home food was missing. We were 20 miles away so going back wasn't an option. We called to get a refund and was told to call the bank and cancel the transaction. As for the food, the chili was watery and the chicken wrap had lettuce when we specified NO lettuce. We won't be eating at that particular Wendy's anytime soon.

Get my orders right 95% of the time, very important. I think when the order has 3 or more items in cups that offerng the customer a drink carrier should be automatic (it's not)

The food wasn't as hot as it should have been. The young people at the drive through, have no customer service experience, and you can tell you didn't want to be there. You should train these young ones before putting them to wait on customers.

This is by far the worst restaurant in this small town. The food is absolutely horrid. There is more meat on a tiny Krystal burger than the burgers at Wendys. The Wendys burgers are dry and tasteless. The meat is super thin and taste like a carboard box. Even if you got a triple, you wouldn't have as much meat as a double Krystal burger, which is still tiny. " Where's the beef " come to mind when getting these nasty, dry , crispy , hard burgers from Wendy's. Go to Krystals, you won't be disappointed. I looked through a few of these reviews and seen I'm not the only one with the same issue. I also saw where the manager responded to one of the post saying ...have to add tax to the order. Even that was wrong...hey manager...$2.99 @ 9.75% is not $3.54. No wonder people are staying away from this Wendys.

It was closing time. We only had a few things to choose from. We selected items available. The food was good.

Obviously can't read thr order screen..asked for no onion on my jr.chz deluxe..covered on onions ..asked and paid for added tomato on thr chicken ranch wrap..of course no tomato..wasn't worth the stop. Won't return if thar simple of a order was wrong..I understand 1 item. But both ..smfh
