Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Huntington - 2130 5th Ave, USA

The food was good and fresh and hot. My order however was wrong. I ordered my hamburger with nothing but cheese and bacon. Specifically said no ketchup, and what did I get? Ketchup on my sandwich. How hard is it for you to listen, and punch in what the customer tells you? It's not that hard people. For what places like Wendy's and other fast food places are charging people now days. There should never be a problem with an order.

I absolutely hate coming to this Wendy’s for one the staff is RUDE!!! I order fruit cups and am told How much of an inconvenience I am to them for ordering it.. If you don’t want to make it don’t have it on the menu then after waiting forever and getting told I am horrible pretty much I get molded strawberries!!! Yes molded guess the staff showed me to never come and order from them again!!!!

Food was great but you got the front register person walking around yelling on their phones instead taking front orders. And only after then coming to take our order And the manager walking around the dining room with what I’m guessing is her boyfriend saying how terrible her employees are.

I'm only writing this review bc of the amount of chili I received in my order. I ordered two large cups. They could have at least filled the cups. Don't feel like going back so I guess I'll just have to deal with it but I'll be paying closer attention before I leave the drive-thru next time!

I have no idea how the food is in that particular Wendy's, because I never got to eat there. The staff, when asked, told me they have no knowledge whatsoever about their website, and could not help me. I think the employees of a business should have a basic knowledge of their website because I know I'm not the only person to have ever sought help with it. Other than that, both of the girls I spoke to were a little put off it seemed by having to answer such a silly question from a customer and so I just left without ordering. That is and will be my first and only trip to the 5th Avenue Wendy's.

The manager Megan should not be working anywhere but a flea market beside a coal mine deep into Jessco Whites land. She’s horrible. Food was wrong 5 times, she yelled at me in front of an entire line of cars. slanmed the window twice, told me to google the store # and managements info and refused to give me a refund, a receipt, or reconcile anything at all.

Wow just wow. Hungry for dinner stop here to get food. Comes to over 18 bucks. Kid working the drive through kept asking me to repeat my order. Got to the window and found out he had better things to do than serve the customer and do his job because he was texting and rude as hell. Get home everything is wrong, they couldn't be bothered to put in my ghost ranch dipping sauce for the meal I paid over $18 for. And these are they want 15 bucks an hour for this??

I ordered regular chicken nuggets but, I got spicy 🤦 Overall good though *EDIT for 2nd visit* Took an unusually long time to get our "fresh meat", as the employee stated...and the fries must've been the bottom of the pan... would definitely go to a different Wendy's next time...
