Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Pottsville - 378 S Claude A Lord Blvd, USA

If I could give them a 0 I would! This is the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had in my 28 years of life. Below is a picture of the “medium” fries and I have not eaten from them. That’s the mayo they gave me for 3 people after I asked for extra repeatedly first when I ordered thru the app and then at the window when I was licking it up. They lied said they included the mayo but when I checked my bag I had to go back in the store because it was not there. Attitude is also terrible. They should shut this Wendy’s down

Food is great, affordable, and presented well enough. Service was fine upon initial impression, but at the end of the day I'd noted there was no change. I'd handed over $11.36 for a $6.36 tab and was only handed a receipt. As for Atmosphere, it's an older Wendy's and they had planned some renovation, but for whatever reason had the noisy and ugly demo work going on in the middle of the business day with little to no rope-offs or direction and left eat-in customers a little uneasy. Will go outta the way to seek alternate Wendy's or simply more convenient locations for lunch/dinner

My food was pink and they was yelling because they didn’t want my food night it’s 8pm 11/18/2023 and refuses to give my receipt back

We placed an order and we got a dirty look by one of the workers there and they obliterated my order. The fries were old like they been sitting for hours not only that but we got 1 out of two of the fries the nuggets are the same way. I really am disappointed and the employees didn’t help at all. They gave me attitude and made service slower. I had to wait for cold food. If I’m waiting I would expect it to be fresh but to be served food that’s been sitting for hours unbelievable. Never ever coming back ever again.

For almost $18.00 for two taco salads with an extra bag of tortilla chips costing .50 cents, these salads are and have been for awhile now, extremely skimpy. They don't even use real pieces of tomato. If you notice, they cut all the skins off their tomatoes, dice them slightly, and that's what goes into your expensive salad....they can't give me a real chunk of tomato for $9 a salad? They gotta toss their garbage in there that they were just going to throw away. The salads are half the size they were a few months ago. When I hold my $9 salad sideways, it should be full, not half empty. I didn't touch either one of these salads. This is really how small they are. You are going to be hungry again in 20 minutes in my experience.

As slow as can possibly be. Just waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes for 1 burger and 2 drinks because the dining room is closed. See attached photo of the note that was taped to the INSIDE of the door for a good laugh. As always, the food itself is superior, but still. Dave has got to be rolling over in his grave.

It is a Sunday afternoon and the place has only 3 employees. Waited 10 min in the drive-thru line to get to the speaker. Once at the drive-thru speaker I was asked to wait twice and waited 10 minutes before finally giving up and going to McDonalds. There is no way management can let it get that short staffed that I am sitting at the SPEAKER for 10 minutes.

For the past several months, I have eaten dinner at this Wendy's, and the food is consistently good. As fast food goes, this is among the best. What usually makes fast food not great are stale toppings. But the lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle are very fresh. I wish the dining area was kept cleaner and stocked with ketchup, salt etc. I wish the soda machine wasn't frequently out of flavors, like lime. These are the reasons I don't give a perfect score.
