Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in New Port Richey - 8216 Little Rd, USA

Order single I did not ask for cheese when did they start making you take cheese. cheese and I didn't want cheese I am allergic. But there was cheese on my burger. I usually have a back up pland 6 piece nuggets can you guess what was not in the bag. I am upset I feel like my money and time was stolen. I don't live in the area I was on my way back from an appointment. Now no lunch but stolen money I won't stop here ever again.

They are one of the better ones in the area but always receive something that's wrong or cold. The pretzel baconator I received had 1 patty, 1 cheese and 3 little bacon when I got home, exactly half the ingredients of the other locations I have been and what is advertised and pictured. Maybe starting to have a standard test after training and a menu test would be beneficial also.

The staff was super nice :) The cashier in the front offered me a free drink cup since my girlfriend ordered one and I only ordered a sandwich alone. (I declined) The food was really greasy though, the most I've ever had in a sandwich from a Wendy's. It could be a one-time thing, so I'm not mad, plus I decided to get FAST FOOD to start with, so I can't complain too hard.

Like when you pay $7 for a sandwich you do not expect one bad tomato two baby pieces two-and-a-half pieces of a pickles and a half a piece of lettuce, I really do not know when they started skipping on the condiments if you're paying $7 you want how the sandwich looks. People were good service service was friendly but like really?

Burger bread hard as a rock and was cold. Fries were soggy and ultra brown. Could tell they were re-dropped. Nasty. They usually get the order right but this last month has been awful. At this point I’m willing to drive the extra couple miles to the other one. Must be new closing crew.

Placed my order ahead of time on the app. Went on to grab my food. This is one of the nicest Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff was great. The gentleman behind the counter made sure I had everything I needed and double-checked before I left.

Decided to close ten minutes early while we were in the drive through. Put on a fake asian accent.

We went through the drive thru and got a recook from the other night. Chris took very good care of us made sure everything was up to par. Thank you Chris for the great service. We will be back we love the chili when it has stuff in it not just broth.
