The clerk Prashanna assisted me very well. He was very polite, kind and gave me a good customer service. Provided me with options for my order. Recommended.

I've been visiting this location for several years at different times and usually the service is good. Not anymore, at least in the evenings. If the manager is there then I get my ahead order very quickly and everything is correct. Otherwise I'm waiting forever even though they recognize me, and they've been getting my order wrong. Also I can tell when people are making fun of me even if it's not directly to my face. Too bad they're not like the morning to mid shift, they're way more polite and rarely get anything wrong. Last time I go here as it's too expensive to be treated poorly. Not exactly surprising since this is NY and Roosevelt Ave is a disgusting pit hole.

The evening shift workers are really rude, flirting with each other in front of register and they were making fun of customers in their mother tongue which I think is called “Nepali”. The dine in has become so bad that I had to do a take out instead. The price was $15 for a combo meal which is way higher but the burger was no better than Burger King. Other Wendy’s didn’t have this experience just saying

Most of the staff is great especially the new faces but like in any business you always got those senior guys that stopped caring. Anywho they are completely out of drinks unless you like Ginger ale, Hi-C or some green stuff... like I said the older staff stopped caring.

I’ve been here a few times and every time I have been in and out in less than five minutes. That includes waiting on line, ordering and getting my food & drinks. The food is as good as fast food can get and the staff is always smiling & very friendly. The place also looks nice and clean inside.

I wish the staff had been more customer friendly. Also, the dining room area upstairs is still closed, this makes the restaurant so depressing.

Poor quality food. Miserable portions inside the burguer.

Every time I order chicken nuggets 1 to 2 nuggets are missing. If I order 6 piece I end up with 5 or if I order 10 piece I end up with 8? What’s going on is Wendy’s rationing on nuggets? This is the 4th time this happened to me from this location.
