Loved my visit to this Wendy's they have great garlic fries and I hope that they get them back I like there chicken and burgers they're service is always very helpful fast and friendly there is a drive through at west Lebanon Wendy's and you can too dine in I enjoyed my visit very much and looking for fast food I plan on coming back
A positive atmosphere was a strong point. This particle Wendy's seemed very busy with drive thru business thsa it slowed down other orders. The milkshake was totally frozen, but the cheeseburger was great. Only suggestion as of today is to be more mindful of the in restaurant orders. Staff seemed pleasant to deal with.
Pretty much exactly what you expect from Wendy's.
Food was very good, the only remark was that the chicken nuggets were a bit less fresh.
Staff was genuinely friendly and pleasant instead of the fake friendly you usually see these days.
Loved the Yoda shirt on the worker. $6 biggie bag was a good deal imo. Drive up was getting 3-4 times the attention as the people in the store. They stopped taking our orders while drive up kept going... Not sure what's up with that but was in line for 30 minutes on Saturday afternoon.
Extremely disappointed every time I go. There is an elderly woman at the drive thru that had no personality and should not be the one that deals with customers. Tonight there was a redhead taking the orders and didn't even let me finish my order before giving me the total and tell me to drive to the 2nd window. When I got to the window the elderly woman started handing me a drink. I am alone in my car and ordered 3 drinks. To me it is common sense to put them in a drink tray. Anyway I asked for a tray since it was only me and she put the drinks in a tray and handed it to me. I put it down on my seat and they all spilled over my car because they aren't tight in there. I asked her for a second one and it seemed like quite an inconvenience. I'm not saying they don't deserve a job but please put then somewhere they don't deal face to face with customers as they are not fit for customer service.
Went through take out line! The fries were super yummy! There was a long line though… we waited for about 15-20 minutes.
Ordered the new bourbon burger and whoever made it DRENCHED it in sauce the the point where it was inedible. . On top of that the bacon pub fries I ordered came with a nice burnt pube-like hair on top. YUM
Usually a little wait here whenever we come but all employees seem to be trying to keep up with a positive attitude. They were short staffed today and locked the doors after we ordered, lots of unhappy people trying to get lunch today.
