Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Avon - 1487 Center Rd, USA

I have been going to this Wendy's since it opened. Never had an issue until today. Always smiling faces greeting you. The chicken, bacon and lettuce was awful. Lettuce core, burned bacon chunks, not pieces. And the chicken was dried out from yesterday or the day before. Bit into a hunk of bacon and nearly busted a tooth. Normally I recommend their salads. But today is not a good day. Disappointing :( These pictures are from 2 different types of salads. A cob salad and the one with apples in the salad.

My family and I stopped in for dinner. Service was prompt and courteous and when there was a mistake with our order, the team replaced the food promptly and were professional. The food tasted good as Wendy's do use fresh ingredients, however both ketchup containers were empty and the soft drink machine was out of many flavors, so options were limited. Overall, not a bad experience but room for improvement.

I've been to this Wendy's dozens of times since it opened. As long as you order straight off the menu, you're good. Order ANYTHING special on your burger, FORGET IT! They'll screw it up. Just saying. At least the restaurant is normally clean and tidy.

I guess one experience is enough to make someone not wanna come back, because I’ve never had this problem at a wendy’s. The person who greeted me in the drive thru was nice, but the person at the window was rude and clearly trying to rush me. He practically threw my bag at me and when I said thank you and was trying to be polite he was just like “yeah.” If the experience didn’t suck, the fries sure did. They were completely over cooked and inedible. Luckily my chicken nuggets are fine.

Went for lunch yesterday. I ordered a cola, and was told by staff they have changed their drink menu, and only have sugar free/diet sodas. I will no longer be going to Wendy's.

Never have I ever... fun game to play, but not when I'm the one paying... never have I ever felt like the staff not only doesn't listen to what I'm ordering but rushes me through the line to meet me at the window with an incomplete order. Charge me for chesse dip. That's fine. I said. what wasn't fine, was it not being in the bag. Large number 6 with no lettuce. But to my surprise, once again, Wendy's doesn't listen to me, and yes, there is lettuce where I dont want, and chesse where I doubt no chesse that's for wasting my time and my money I DONT !!!!YES I SAID DONT WANT TO COME BACK.

I drive a lot, state to state I eat in different Wendy’s from different states and this one was the better one for sure, I order online from Walmart cross street and when I get there my food not was ready but as soon was ready I start eating with my family end everything was fresh and good an amazing taste on the food that cheese was melting the way have to be the fries the nuggets everything was really really good the only thing was same flavor as everywhere was the frosty but frosty came mixed already but besides that food was great I will be back when I coming back on town for sure and when my food was ready one of the employees he grabbed from the station and bring it to me was a great service keep it like that guys, is unbelievable the I’m coming from big cities like NY and nothing compare with this exactly Wendy’s, I try Wendy’s in to many places but nothing like this one thank you.
