These guys are the best! Everybody there deserves a raise! From the manager. All the way down to the staff. They have all been super helpful if I had any special requests. I'm serious these guys are great if you need to go to a Wendy's anywhere in Citrus County. I highly recommend this location.
Food's great but there's two problems:
One register is open and the other isn't. You would be able to take more orders instead of taking care of one customer at a time.
Two is the timing. As soon as they see a order get placed,they should start prepping for the meal to be ready and served. If a general manager can get it done in the snap of their fingers,the co workers should too.
I got the grilled chicken sandwich, and a sour cream & chive baked potato.The food was fresh and hot. Also the summer strawberry salad is great. You won't be disappointed. I just wish I could get this salad all year, but it's seasonal. The staff had a great attitude they were all friendly, and very helpful.
We just went through the drive through on our way home from Orlando. NO sauce that anyone ordered AND my daughter's burger has BITE taken out of it! UNACCEPTABLE!

The customer service and speed of service has gone downhill in recent weeks. They used to be good but the past couple times I've been there, they've served customers at the speed of a crippled turtle. When I complain about it, I get responded to rudely.
The employees are nice, but my goodness the food production is consistently horrible. Since moving near this location is been 3/3 bad experiences with the food. Here are my “baconator fries” lol…

The staff including the manager tells me that they can't fill my cup up to the top. So you pay for a full drink and get half! I will NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO WENDYS. They basically ripped me off and told me oh well this is the policy. I'm quite sure it's not but don't worry, you will not get any more of my money. $5 biggie bag!
The best Wendys I ever visited. The manager should teach other Wendys how to make a memorable restaurant. We adored the decorations they were done with artistic flair. It was a pleasure to eat there. I think the decor even uplifted the staff. Great crew.
