Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Bluffton - 860 N Main St, USA

We ordered two meals and they told us to pull forward to wait for our chicken sandwich and had us waiting for 10 minutes. When we got home my partner got halfway through there sandwich before they found out it was raw. I would double check you chicken sandwiches!!

Ordered a double stack biggie bag deal. Guy at the window was ready with my food, with a suspicious grin on his face before I even finished paying. I then pulled up to him and said "man, that's service." He said "yeah." Then laughed and turned around. I didn't think anything of it. I drive home pull out my food. And I noticed my double stack is missing a few key ingredients. Specifically, burger patties. I drive back to the restaurant and ask to talk to the manager. I show her the burger with no patties and she asks the guy who handed me the food how that happened. He looks at her and says "Do you think I'd make a burger without patties?" She responds with "No." Then looks at me. She then tells me "sorry, we've had people do this before. They take off the patties then ask for another burger." Lazy lying teenager. Do not go here.

I order the same thing every morning 5 days a week. This morning I was highly disappointed in receiving a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant that had the biscuit chicken on it instead of the full chicken fillet! Cutting corners and charging full price! Sad!

I placed a mobile order on Wednesday at a little before 6 pm on Wednesday November 22 with pickup ASAP was there before 6 pm, in all fairness the cashier was fairly new. I witnessed 3 of the 9 waiting in line walkout before even getting an order placed. If I hadn't already paid I would have considered doing the same during my 20 minute wait after walking into the lobby. I saw the new employee ask for assistance from her manager to no avail. It seemed the managers metrics are only based on drive thru because that was the only thing she seemed concerned about. The cashier was courteous and apologized. But still gave me the wrong order which I didn't notice until I got home in Ossian. A half an hour round trip for a correction. I also noticed another price increase when I placed my mobile order. While I am aware labor and other cost have increased. Wendys has for outpaced others in the industry with their increases. This franchise owner seems more aggressive and greedy than others. Somehow with the wrong order I received a cheeseburger in a kids meal bag, I was a little astonished to see that Wendys could do a knock off of a White Castle slider with the beef being sliced half as thin as a White Castle, I mean the small slice of cheese was twice as thick as the meat. Wendys has long forgot about Clara Peller and her catch phrase that made Wendys a favorite. Yes Wendy "Where's the beef!?" Apparently it's with the customers and the service and value received. If you love Christmas and the surprise of not knowing what you are going to get after kindly asking and paying a fortune for something else I would highly recommend this restaurant. If not do what I attend on doing and put Wendys on the naughty list and find another place that values you as a customer.

For as much as you pay for a sandwich here you would expect it to be a little better then this ☠️ this is unacceptable

Rhonda (manager) was very rude if I asked if they had gluten free buns. She went off on the guy taking the order when he asked her how to ring up my meal without a bun since they didn't have gluten free buns

I worked there for almost 6 years and when I asked for extra ranch for my sandwich for my Asiago sandwich on the side. I was met with resistance from a manger making sandwiches, he couldn’t scoop ranch into a cup with a spatula m.. it’s quit pathetic. And no the ranch in the cup doesn’t taste the same and this is why I have only eaten there 4 times since I works there. It took 2 months and 4 trips for y’all to make a crispy correct. Get your stuff together.. your team is trash!!

Ordered a baconator with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It seems me asking for no bun also meant that I didn't want bacon, because I didn't get it. On a triple baconator. So disappointing. Small redemption comes from then giving me parm crisps instead of croutons, which I loved.
