Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Bloomfield - 147 Bloomfield Ave, USA

There are too many online orders that were prioritized over the people who ordered in person. We waited for 15 minutes to order food. They did not have the 2 other people to handle their traffic. It's a good problem but poorly executed. The drive-thru, counter, and online orders overwhelmed everyone, and very little was done well. Hopefully, they can fix it.

This woman has an attitude, walks around looking annoyed and screaming at customers. This Wendy’s only cares about doordash orders.The cashier name Jesenia didn’t even greet me, she just stood there until I said my order.

If you want Wendy's I recommend to go to any other location instead of this one. The managers are rude with attitude, completely unprofessional with customer service and don't have common sense or knowledge on how to run a fast food restaurant. Save your time and money going to any other place.

They had alot of teens working there and the order was a mess and they gave us almost empty fries. They gave me an empty chicken wrap that I paid $7 for and I had to take it back and the people at the register would pass me by and wouldnt even ask if I need something also the manager was rude I spent $40 on food and he argued with me about giving me a cheese sauce didn't want change he wanted me to pay with a card for .55cents and was very very obnoxious and rude. I've never had an issue at this Wendy's till this day normally the food moves fast service is great but idk I guess things are changing. Not knocking having young workers but they should be trained better and that manager guy should be trained to be a little more appealing and less of a rude person

Ordered a baconator and got a cheeseburger with bacon. The single cheeseburger we ordered had more on it. Went to the front and asked about getting the correct sandwich and was told I got the right sandwich. You can tell no one there cares. Overheard the manager reprimanding employees right in front of the customers about overtime. Basically reciting the overtime policy out loud. Poor management.

Yes, we're baking later. We're just baking and cheese. Of course, they put mayonnaise and catch up on it, and it was cold. Probably sitting around for a while, also got ketchup on my hand yes, for a napkin, the girl said we don't have napkins. At first I thought she was joking but they were serious. I called the cooperation up no answer. No reply. I called the number on the sale slip no answer just keep rinking. The end of dave's thomas was alive today that would have never happened. This restaurant needs a complete remodeling are they shouldn't even allow people inside. I thought the tables were dirty and were just crowded and dirt. I'm a big fan of Wendy's. But you know when they start franchising. This is what happens. The people just worry about selling food making money. They don't care what the place looks like. I would stay away from this place. Very disappointed that the wind is corporations that's not even an answer you. Mr lorenzini toms river

Disgusting the burger salty old they didn’t have Dr Pepper or root beer, the register girl said she doesn’t even know why they advertise Dr Pepper because they never have it. Usually the burgers at Wendy’s are delicious and warm, this was cold burnt and salty but not even edible, I have attached some pictures of the burgers going in the trash because they are so nasty 🤮 never again.

I was served by Zariyay at the Bloomfield location near Grove Street and she was the best. Pleasant, professional and just a great experience...kudos to Zariyay!
