The BEST Wendy's on the planet! Food is always HOT and FRESH, and service is fast and friendly. I always stop at Loves when I pass through on my way to Rochester or Buffalo. Gas is cheaper/great price and the bathrooms are SUPER CLEAN and MODERN. Thank you Loves for your all around great service!
Came in twice while on a reset here at the Loves. Both times very good experiences. Second visit I had a classic chicken sandwich but after two bites in I knew something was off with the chicken. Went up and explained and without any attitude or hesitation they pulled the existing chicken tossed it and made fresh and brought me a fresh sandwich. That’s how it’s done. Very grateful for that and will come back again on a pass thru the area.

Even though I ordered inside... the drive through girl came over to help :) She made the best fresh fries for my daughter (picky eater) n she loved them ♡ It meant alot that she took her time for us, even though the store was busy!! Thanks Again Wendys
15 minutes in the drive through to be told I need to pull ahead waited another 15 minutes and got a completely different meal than ordered. Don't go there if there's anyone else there ordering

So I just spent 40 mins waiting for food I never got first the cook made it wrong then completely forgot to remake my food cashier was nice enough to refund me but now my half hour break is over and I get to hit the road hungry and this isn't the first time at this location and they weren't even that busy
Honestly the best wendy's I have had. Quick service, really clean store, nice music, and the food was beyond great.
First time there. Fun atmosphere and our server was very very helpful and friendly and fast! Gave the food 4 stars as it was a tad over cooked but still very flavorful. Glad we went!
Great ice cream selection and quick and friendly staff. They offered my all time favorite Sundae too! Just a heads up they do have a minimum $10 charge for credit cards so you might want to make sure you have cash on hand!
