Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Edison - 730 US-1, USA

Not bad fast food for a not bad price. I prefer this over McD and BK of course. Being able to order using the screen is great because it cuts down on wait time, The breakfast options are also pretty extensive along with the lunch menus. Every couple of months they switch up and has new offerings so that’s always appreciated. Chili or baked potato or nuggets are great, but for some reason the fries are always soggy here.

Great food, even better service. Workers are always kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Love this location so much (route 1).

Service was fast and friendly. Order was accurate. Food seemed well prepared. The dining room on the other hand was quite sub par in cleanliness. I arrived near closing and a diligent employee had just started working really hard to clean. My problem is, the state in which I saw it should never be allowed to get like that to begin. Did not take pics of the mess because I prefer not posting those kinds of pics.

Fresh, hot, and fast service at the drive-through. It's a bit pricey, though, for fast food, at least. Somehow, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a baconator, and a medium coke were $27.75. And those weren't meals, just sandwiches only. I guess if you order meals or sandwich only, they get your money either way.

Kudos to the night shift drive-thru crew (~23:45ish). They've never made any mistakes with my orders (even with my annoying mobile app customizations), they're super nice and crazy quick. Don't know if managers read Google reviews but if they do, those employees deserve the big bucks for feeding all the ravenous college students and hospital workers who punch out and swarm them all at once.

Had a horrible experience a few minutes ago. Went to get the 1 cent junior burger with my family. My dad is in the process of ordering and they made his meal already. He didn't realize it default comes with mayo and certainly would've asked for it without and when I told him it came with mayo he told the worker Tyler that he couldn't eat it and Tyler shrugged and said it was already made and basically to just deal with it. My dad doesn't stand up for himself in these situations so he just threw out the burger and left and I was angry trying to tell him to get a manager because they had premade the burger before he even finished his order. In the process I forgot my drink which is the only item I actually paid for, I still have the free burger... so excited to eat it while furious. Such an enjoyable experience, won't be going back

Workers are rude , I asked what was the status on my order as I ordered at 1am and it says to be delivered 2:35am but the store closes at 2am. Called and a rude worker named Arthur was saying he couldn’t do anything and we are close. All i was asking was if they can cancel my order since they are close so I can order somewhere else. He rudely said the store was close and he not doing anything. I wasted an hour and 30 mins waiting for food that THEY confirmed , just to not get it. And then after hanging up on me , he canceled the order 30 mins later, after all stores are closed
