The Los Alamitos Wendy's is great for at least 4 reasons. #1 is the manager Jorge, who is the BEST fast food manager ever. I've gone to lots of fast food places of different company's, but Jorge is really good at his job and knows how to keep everything running smoothly. He will roll up his sleeves and jump in where needed, at the drive-thru or front counter. #2 A secret about this location is that Seniors get a free drink, if you ask for it. And if you eat inside, you can get free refills from the soda fountain. #3 Wendy's $2.59 chicken sandwich is better tasting than McDonald's and you can add tomato slices for free. You can't do that at McDonalds. #4 Wendy's has great deals every day on the app. Some examples are any size drink with $1 purchase, free junior bacon cheeseburger or small cup of Chili with $1 purchase and many more offers. If you drop by and order on the mobile app, then say hi to Jorge and if he gets to know you, you'll get your order even quicker by him. 5 STARS for Jorge and this Wendy's location.
I came in and got 4 cheeseburgers and 3 chicken sandwiches they tell me to pull up and I wait 10 minutes they came to my car. It was 6 sandwiches in bag which was no big deal then when I approach them the manager has an attitude and wants me to go grab bag to show I had 6. I bring bag back I dumped them out she grabbed 3 sandwiches which I told her not to and she continues by saying excuse me and getting mad when she sees I'm frustrated. After our discussion I left with 3 sandwiches and ended up with less than when I walked in. They are incompetent and unmanageable. The manager hangs up on me when I call about refund and she says meet me in drive thru and hangs up. Take that trash somewhere else. Never coming back here again. I'd give 0/5 if I could.
I rarely give 5 stars to a fast food establishment. Brand new facility. Had the spicy chicken sandwich 🥪 with ghost pepper ranch dressing. Very yummy and delicious
Very friendly people here. They delivered little Frosties to the table. And little mints. Their burgers are not comparable to In & Out, but they have tasty fries and frosties. One of my dining companions enjoyed his fish sandwich. 5 stars for the great service
Wendy's food the way Wendy's food the way it is supposed to be made. Had a couple single combos. The drink machine was out of some options, but we each got something we liked. Food good and hot, lady at register polite, and helpful. Restaurant was clean. Only issue: Women's restroom was out of paper towels.
The fastest drive-thru I've ever been in and they don't short you on sauces big thanks to no being stingy
This location does not look like they clean much here. Also the we asked for the fries crispy and they were kind of cold and soggy.
