Clean, well-staffed and pleasant restaurant. Great for a baked potato or some spicy nuggets, they're open late and the staff here generally does a good job. I recommend avoiding dining in between 3-6 when all the kids visit after school - they're chaotic, leave a mess, and fill the restaurant as a group.
my food was pink all 3 of my burgers was i called up there to let the manager know someone picked up the phone i asked if this was the manager the person said yes then i proceed to tell them how i placed a online order and just received my food and i took a bite of one my burgers it was pink so i was letting her know and she hang up the call and declined my calls (i only took one bite of a burger then broke the other burgers in pieces to make sure i wasn’t tripping)
Nice place. Only issue is the service. Ordered spicy nuggets. Got normal ones. Fries were cold and old. They didn't ask what sauce I wanted. And I'm used to the question so I didn't even think about it when they didn't ask it. That's partially on me
Store closes at 2am, Entered drive thru at 1:20am on 1/29/24, waited 14 minutes, no response, backed up and reapproached several times, drove up to the drive thru window, people looked right at me while I waved to them and waited 10 minutes. Then I left. This is not the first time this has happened.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Apparently no one wants to work anymore!!! Don't go here!
I decided to dine in on my visit. The drive-thru line was really long. The dining room was clean, with little patrons inside. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to take my order. The cashier was nice and welcoming. Apologizing for the long wait, she took my order. I noticed the staff was a bit fazzled. It took 15 minutes for them to get my order, which was a combo #1. The cashier was walking back and forth. She was more concerned about being on the cellphone than getting my order. I finally got my order, and it was all wrong and cold. The burger was disgustingly unappealing. It looked as though it was smashed and thrown together. My fries were cold from sitting in a bag waiting on the burger. I asked for the manager, and he did rectify the situation and provided me with fresh food. However, I did wait another 15 minutes to get it. It took too long for the overall experience just for fast food. By the time I got my food, it was remade and fresh. But the wait was ridiculous.
Absolutely rude manager, Gemelia. I placed my order with no lettuce on my sandwich because I'm allergic. The person that took the order confirmed no lettuce. I got home with my order and it had lettuce on it. I went back there to get a refund and the person who took the order is arguing that I should have check my order before I left because that's not her job. The manager, Gemelia, came to the window and said she doesn't have the authority to issue a refund. I told her call the manager and find out how to give me the refund because they tried to kill me. She told me I need to waste a 3rd trip there tomorrow to get a refund and refused to call the manager. I said I'm not moving without my refund and she start cursing at me saying she's a bad b... and she would call the cops. I told her go ahead and tell them she tried to kill me. She called the cops and continued to curse as another employee tried to calm her down. The cops came and she refused to provide a refund, even cash, and couldn't even provide my receipt since I didn’t get one when I got my order. She decided to give me someone else's receipt with their debit card info. on it. I told the cops that wasn't my card info. and she told them that it doesn't matter just take that one to get a refund because she isn't going to look through all the orders to find mine. They messed up my order that was confirmed twice, then refused to provide a refund, called the cops and then gave me someone else's debit card number. She deserves to be fired for cause.
Normally a decent experience except today when I attempted to use the app for the one cent cheeseburger fries and a drink. The directions said to scan the barcode then place your order but the Hispanic woman clearly didn't know or understand the process. She rang up my order anyway without The app approved discount on the hamburger. When the manager came over I explained to her the process provided in the app and the Hispanic woman disputed that. Lying straight to me and the manager. In the end I did not get the discount. The manager was not helpful and I did not get the fries. I was made more upset by the experience. I was already dealing with the loss of two people in my life this week in the employees did nothing more than the agitate me further.
Late night trip to this Wendy’s…the long line wasn’t the biggest thing. The line was NOT moving and the wait was so long they were losing their customers. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, horrible customer service! She sounded like she didn’t want to be there and I was a bother! And of course they got my order wrong! Wendy’s, yes!
