They are typically busy. The service is decent and fast. I can say in my experience I haven't had a bad experience here at this location. At some of the other Wendy's I can't say the same. But I typically come here because of the service, it's a wait but it's much better compared to the Wendy's that's closest to me. The food is fresh and my order is correct. Those 2 things ARE important.
Quick service but food is super nasty!! This place used to be great but I'm honestly afraid to eat there because you never know if you're going to get a half cooked burger or some chicken that's been left out and re-heated!!
Frist off I asked if everything was in the bag because I didn't see my salad the cashier gonna say yes and it was not and I was not about to move until she notices. Then the chips are broken up in the bag🤦♀️🤦♀️ then they didn't tell me that's all they had was sugar cookies until I got to the window after I paid.
This service was pure foolishness. The first window service was perfect. At the second window (after the drink was wrong), I was directed to park and someone would bring the food to the car. 20 minutes passes at which point I go inside with the receipt to inquire about the status. Direct quote from staff person: "I couldn't find you." 🤨 There were only two cars parked on that side of the building. The bag was just sitting under the lamp on top of fries. I took the bag and hit the highway. The food was cold and wrong. 😠
The staff was outstanding. But price was a lil high. But the food was fresh, very fresh. U pay for what u get. Thanks
This is absolutely the WORST Wendy’s in Jackson. They always get something wrong. It’s nothing but teenagers here. If you call to talk to manager, and teenager will fake like the manager and NOT LET YOU TALK TO REAL MANAGER, lil MF hung up in my face. All these SO CALLED GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL BULL. I advise you to go to another location. Drive thru is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. All my food was COLD. I’ll STARVE TO DEATH BEFORE I GO HERE AGAIN. Fair warning!
My French fries were not hot or fresh the burger was warm but good
Don't go if you value your time and money cause didn't get my order right for three times in a row will say sounds like never going to wendys again
