Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Locust - 103 E Main St, USA

Went around 10pm and that night crew need to find some happiness somewhere in their lives or something. They didn’t say a word, they were miserable and had bad attitudes. Food was sloppy (which I understand, it’s fast food and will never look like the pictures and advertisements). They acted like they were annoyed i came, but they close at 2am, it’s not like I arrived 30 minutes before close. The food was luke warm at best. They forgot my sour cream and butter on the baked potato, which looked like they just took their hand and squeezed it to open it. Never will return at night again (I’m sure they found happiness in that statement since they seem like they don’t want to be there).

Ordered online for carry out I waited 10 minutes and asked about my order, they saw my order in the system by the register but the manager said it didn’t pop up on her screen on the food line so she would not make it. I had proof of a receipt and the manager still wouldn’t make it. Even the employees didn’t understand why she didn’t. I had my 2 kids waiting for their food while she spoke to me to say she wasn’t going to give me my order and wouldn’t look back at me to even discuss things properly. I have yet to get a refund as online customer service hasn’t contacted me back. Need of new management

So weird, usually it's spot on but last visit was like they threw the salads together & halfway full, forgot apples in the apple salad, salad toppings packs missing but items thrown into bag and items missing, salad lids were all smudgy gross, ghost p fries had half sauce just in the middle of box. I guess aliens took over and everything was off! Everyone knows if you complain, your food gets dna added to it.🙄

Drive thru. Always love a quick little junior burger and senior drink. Window service could be a bit nicer, but still quick and efficient. They tend to get orders incorrect more than 50% of time so you have to check at window....but still worth it for a quick bite on the road.

Dining room locked in the middle of lunch? Drive thru wrapped all the way around the building and then some? Without the dining room open, service at drive thru should be moving a lot faster but nope

First, the crew is nice and friendly, and second, the food is ALWAYS warm, fresh, and delicious!🤤 I just love it!

It could be cars around the building, but it will not be but a few minutes before you get service. And it is correct every time😁

Big bacon combo no bacon and was raw. Even after going inside from the drive through trying to have fist issue solved now i get home and realize more issues. They even had pieces of chicken that looked like jerky in my wife’s salad with rotten strawberries. Horrible experience the last three times but this was the worst
